He said he needed more time to do the job (he tore out the baseboards and ONE floor pane). The job was to replace several hard wood floor panes. He promised to come back on Monday. Then, Sunday night at 7:10 pm he informed me that "I won't be able to do the work for you, you may want to call someone else, as I've been offered a large volume of work at another site." My opinion is the job was harder than he thought it would be or he doesn't know how to do the job. While he did spend 15 minutes installing the mini blinds, he left all trash behind.
