It truly is a clean laundry mat (although I don't have many to compare it to other than back in the day apartment laundry mats).....anyways, I was here from 10-1pm and this seemed to be a pretty busy time frame as a lot of people came and went within these hours. Change machines worked and there was an employee here for most of my stay who was wiping down all the washers and dryers and sweeping the floors. The insides of the machines were very well maintained and clean too. Made my experience that much better and was relieved to finally get all my piled up laundry done

I would say probably the second best thing about this place is that there's plenty of air movement as you know laundromats get very hot, but the air is great in here. No longer THE best. Not sure what happened but it is Soooo disappointing…read more I originally came here because they HAD (operative word HAD) air conditioning. All the machines were operable. It was almost spotlessly clean and in great shape. On the rare occasion I had to charge my phone, I could. Well this is no longer true. Not sure if it's to deter the homeless (they really began hanging out here because it was so great), make everyone want to leave ASAP or saving as much money as possible, but they haven't had AC this year while the place is slowly declining- and they are still the most expensive place around. What is also noticeable is how dirty it has become. Used to be super clean now it looks run down. The staff is nice, but nice does not make up for what has changed in the past year. Multiple machines non-op or designated for staff only. Fans that do very little to help with the constant heat. Price increases. Just to name a few. If I'm going to be hot, sweaty and miserable I can go elsewhere and save money in an environment more pleasant.

I like that they have a parking spot designated tor the dry cleaners too! (Even though they have plenty of parking spots) When I came to pick up my suit jacket the next day, it was ready as promised. The suit jacket looked in good condition and was well cared for. Frank even offered me still or sparkling water. One thing to note is there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards, so bring cash if it's an option for you. I recommend Crest Cleaners and will be taking my suit jacket back to be cleaned after the wedding.
