I know for a fact all those holes were not there when I dropped it off. SMH

When I picked up my clothes the guy pointed out the "small" hole on the Front of my sweater and said that I had dropped it off like that but I just didn't notice. Honestly I do not recall having it having a hole, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and said OK that's fine. I come home take my sweater out and look at the back of it and there's a bunch of holes that I know for a fact were not there when I dropped it off. NEVER again. smh . So bummed!

Great service, great prices, there's not much to say that the other two reviews haven't already said. I tried other dry cleaners in the area, a little closer to my place, and I'll never make that mistake again, Edinger Cleaners does a great job and I'll continue to drive out of my way to make sure I have my dry cleaning and pressed shirts done right. I recommend Edinger Cleaners to anyone.

I just went to pick up my clothes at 6:30pm - the store was closed when the sign and yelp clearly say 7:00pm. The man that took my clothes said they'd even possible be open until 8:00pm. The sign on the door and conversation is the ONLY REASON I left my clothes there because 6:30pm is the earliest I can arrive. The sign on the door says closed for three days for some holiday that is not nationally recognized - so I am EFFED by their poor communication and clear lack of customer service.

Store says that it opens at 8 but it isn't. A worker finally showed up at 9. I do not feel that the items were cleaned well.

While the signage is still above the store the windows are blacked out and the doors are locked…read more There is a sign that says that location has closed. There is a phone number on the door and when I called it there is someone who will pick up your laundry at deliver it back to you. He was very nice and did a great job at an affordable price. Sounds like I missed out on Jack and Lupe - they sound great.

Terrible experience. Will not be returning…read more I came into Crowne Cleaners in Fountain Valley with a large bag of clean, press-only blouses. I had stopped in the previous week to confirm pricing and availability -- $4 per blouse, which is fair and appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else about the visit was awful. The owner seemed immediately overwhelmed and almost irritated when I told him the items were press only. He dumped my clean blouses onto a visibly dirty counter and began hastily counting them and stuffing them into the blue bags they use for dirty laundry. When I very politely asked if those bags were typically used for soiled clothing, he became defensive and borderline hostile. Rather than simply using the clean bag I brought, or even placing them on a clean surface, he insisted he couldn't "change his process." To make matters worse, one of my shirts fell into the trash can next to the counter while he was sorting. He didn't notice -- I had to point it out. He fished it out without a word and shoved it into the same blue bag. No apology. No acknowledgment. Bottom line: They may be fine for actual dirty laundry, but if you value cleanliness and basic professionalism for press-only items, look elsewhere. I had been hoping to find a new go-to cleaner after mine retired following 20+ years -- but this isn't it.

Lucy's Laundry Modern Laundromat is hands down the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. Charlie,…read morewho works there, was incredibly kind and helpful. I honestly thought he was the owner because of how much care he puts into the place. He took the time to guide me and teach me how to use the machines, which made the whole experience so easy. They also have an amazing variety of machine sizes including 2, 3, 6, and 8 loaders, which is perfect for comforters, bulky bedding, and all the bigger household items you cannot easily wash at home. Such a great experience all around.

Luckily I stayed until 9am and the attendant show d up was able to see the $40 cash in the system…read more Original 1 star review: Bless their hearts, this place is absolutely sparkling! It's just such a shame that the technology seems to have been designed by someone who genuinely dislikes the human race. If you have a spare hour and a burning desire to donate your hard-earned money to a digital abyss, you are going to LOVE it here. It's less of a laundromat and more of a high-stakes escape room where the prize is simply being allowed to wash your socks. A FEW "CHARMING" QUIRKS: * THE MAGIC VANISHING ACT: I paid $39 for a card, and the machine sweetly told me to "collect" it. Silly me, I thought that meant it was ready to use! It turns out the card is as empty as the customer service promises. * THE WALL OF LITERATURE: Unless you plan on spending your afternoon studying the "Wall of Text," which is basically a manifesto on how to navigate their hostile interface, you'll never guess that you have to take the card out of one slot and shove it into another just to find the money you already paid. * THE SILENT TREATMENT: I spent 20 minutes pressing the "Help" button, which is a lovely decorative touch, really, and calling a support line that I'm convinced leads directly to a disconnected payphone in 1994. I ended up paying an extra $25 just to escape with clean clothes, essentially gifting my first $40 to the universe, or the next lucky stranger. I even found a discarded card on the floor, a tragic little souvenir left by the last person who realized they'd been fleeced. It's such a quirky business model, you can't even get your $1 deposit back for the plastic! THE TAKEAWAY: It is truly impressive how a place can look so clean while its system feels so... predatory. If you're looking for a free wash, honestly, just stand near the kiosk and wait for the machine to rob the next unsuspecting visitor. I'm sure they'll leave their card behind in a fit of tears, too! A TINY SUGGESTION FOR MANAGEMENT: Perhaps you could update the screen to say, "Please collect your useless, unloaded card and put it in the next slot so we can finally give you what you paid for." Or, and I say this with so much love, you could join us in the 21st century and get a machine that actually functions. Good luck to everyone else! You're going to need it.
