She didn't have my phone number so she was never able to contact me. I made sure she has my number now. I felt terrible about imposing an item for such a long time. I recently dropped off 5 pairs of pants for hemming on Saturday with a Tuesday pick up. I stopped by on Wednesday and they weren't ready. I came back this morning (Thursday) and they are missing 1 pair and asked me to come back later. Luckily I'm not on a time crunch for these pants but I'm annoyed that I've returned TWICE and they still aren't ready. I couldn't even call the number to ask beforehand because their voicemail is full and no one picked up. Extremely disappointed considering they still charged me full price ($15 per hem) and offered no discount for my inconvenience.
