Booking our son's birthday party at Launch Trampoline Park was a really easy experience. We were taken on a tour the facility, where we got to see all the cool activities and games available at the park, the menu and party rooms, before making our booking. There is a large parking lot adjacent to the building making parking a breeze. We didn't have to select our menu items until a couple days before the event and it was easy to communicate with the facility about food and setting up. Thank you George! We found out that the facility can even blow up our helium balloon for a $5 fee, which was super convenient. We definitely recommend Launch as a party venue. read more

I went to launch Trampoline Park today for the first time. I was very disappointed in their service. It was was very unorganized and felt like my brothers birthday party was rushed. It was definitely Not the cleanest place either. Not only that, we waited an hour and 15 min to get seated when we had pre paid reservations. I'm just truly disappointed that my brother had his birthday spent like this. Definitely would not recommend this place for birthday parties. My brothers birthday was ruined. He left in shock that this place treated his birthday as just any regular day. Not one person treated it as a special day they just brought us food and kicked us out after 35 min. WE SHOULD HAVE WENT TO SKY ZONE !! I just got a response from George!! "The manager" to say I did not have a birthday party booked today which is absurd lol. Came here for my sons 14 birthday with a group of 10 teens for the elite jump. I do advise you go online to save some money The dj was GREAT. He played everything and the kids had a great time. Definitely will be back. It's not a huge location but it's enough for them. They have a second floor. So if your nooo jumping you can sit down and watch the kids frI'm upstairs. Visited for the first time this week, definitely wont be back. Filled out for waivers and tickets ahead of time, yet waited on line for 15 minutes to get checked in. Staff at check in registers kept talking to each other and walking away. Not one hello when it was my turn. The guy looked put out that he had to check me in. Took his time, never speaking to me. I had to ask him three times how much it was for two kids to jump 60 minutes each. I finally heard a mumbled "$47". I was in shock at the price. But then I was in even more shock at how this place packed in WAY too many people and parties. It was chaotic. Layout is awful. Parents have to wait in a tiny, dirty section. For only being open for a year I couldn't believe how dirty the place was. Their socks when done were filthy too. The staff that were in charge of keeping the place were the only friendly ones working there. The kids said the staff at trampoline section were rude and unhappy. A fun and awesome game space for kids to play and release some energy. Once inside you pay for however many hours you want your child to play, along with their launch socks ($3). Fill out the waiver form on the side and get them ready to play. Got here on a Sunday morning, place was practically emptied; very suitable for younger kids to jump around. Some members of the staff were walking around to ensure safety. There are ample trampoline areas and play space, with even a Ninja Warrior style obstacle course in the middle of the ramps. My little one is petite so it was quite easy for her to jump and climb from one course to the next. As with any event with kids, arrive early to avoid crowds and give kids enough time to enjoy and have fun. There are plenty of parking spaces around the area so you don't have to park at their lot. Lockers along the walls can store your belongings for an extra charge, but because we're early theres space on the second floor to place shoes and bags. Two hours goes by really fast, as they announce the color bracelet to let you know it's time to leave. The floor was a little sticky when we were leaving and other children started piling in. Oh how my son and I love Launch! Let's start with there is parking available lol. Ok seriously, my son and I have visited launch twice this year and plan to return! Our first time there was Launch's 1yr anniversary! I purchased the VIP access which included 3hrs admission 9pm-12am (the lights are out for a special glow in the dark setting), DJ with good music, a tshirt, video gaming (which was an extra incentivethis night)- Call of Duty, pizza and a drink! We had a great time! Our second time there was black Friday for a sweet discounted rate! A lot of the same incentives such as the 3hrs of play 9pm-12am (glow in the dark setting!), the DJ QKidd who spins the latest & greatest! The sitting area for parents is a nice vibe and situated upstairs looking over the entire trampoline park. Because I will say its essential to keep close eye of your child/children. Although we had a great time our second visit, our friend slightly injured his foot. As it is unfortunate he hurt himself, the staff were very attentive. Alessandro & DJ QKidd went above & beyond to help my little guy. THANK YOU! I called to commend both the young men for their hard work & kindness! In doing so, I had the pleasure of speaking with George and he was apologetic for the incident and gave some helpful advice. PARENTS/GUARDIANS/NANNIES/WHOEVA LOL, LISTEN IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THE RULES TO THE PARK TO PROPERLY ENFORCE THEM TO YOUR CHILD. I liked this place when it first opened up ... it was mostly ppl from the area enjoying the fact that we had a bouncy place in the neighborhood. Tonight I decided to take my daughter around 7pm, after a few months that we didn't go. Omg big mistake .... it was packed with a whole different crowd .... it was the longest hour for me, waiting for my daughter to finish bouncing. First time attending and I do not think I will return. The website advertises an arcade and upon arrival there were only 3 game machines!! 3 game machines is what you consider an arcade? I purchased the Ignite package- one for my child and one for me, it was $85 total and it was waste of money. To begin, the website advertises a "live dj" for ignite parties and the dj was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, no body paint either. Just a regular tshirt and the bounce location plus socks (additional $3 per person). $45 per person for children and adults, ridiculous! "Glow in the dark" shirts were given, however they are regular white tshirts and to top it off they do not provide toddler size tshirts. My daughter had to wear a Medium adult size which covered her completely. To top it off, I asked an employee why is the event and location falsely adverstised? Where is the arcade? Where is the dj? Why do you not provide a toddler size tshirt? Why is the location so small? Her response was "I understand how you feel. If you want a true Launch Trampoline park experience, I would suggest you go to the location in the Bronx. This location was built as a trial location just to test it out". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The prices are too high at this location, I could've invested the $85 elsewhere, like SkyZone, and I would've spent much less and had more fun. SkyZone's prices are affordable and they offer a lower admission price for children. Overall, it was a waste of money and I wish I can get a refund. Management, update your website and do not falsely advertise the Ignite event or the location overall. Booked a party at Launch Trampoline Park Queens through Groupon for my soon to be 9yo! It seems to be a great deal. Even though I will be adding almost double the guests, it still seems worth it. Everyone I have spoken to (5 different people so far) has been really kind and patient. My son is so looking forward to it and I hope that Launch will live up to the great reviews! He loves to jump, love ninja courses and loves dodgeball so, I think I will be a win! read more

They do not have indoor working bathrooms, so you have to go outside to a porta potty, so your jumping and drinking water and have to run outside to a disgusting bathroom. For 40 a person, you would think they wouod tell you before hand on the website, they let you know when you already get there. read more

Where do I begin. This was the most unorganized and poorly ran places I have ever been to with celebrating my child's birthday party from beginning to End. I should have known this party would be a disaster with the lack of communication I received between the employees and myself when attempting to set up this party. Initially before booking this party I first attempted to call several times to get additional information, but they NEVER answer the phones. I then sent an email on 1/29/19 to get further information regarding the MVP Party Package. 2 days went by without anyone responding back to my inquiry (Red Flag #1). I then took it upon myself to send this business a message on yelp as to which I got a response fairly quickly from the manager. The manger apologized and answered all of my questions which led me to move forward with booking my child's birthday at this location. When I finally got a chance to book my event, I was informed that my 3PM time slot was not available for the date that I requested, however the 4PM time slot was available, and I was ok with the 4PM time slot. I went forward with making my reservation and putting down my deposit. I was emailed an Invoice that reflected conflicting information, first the Event time displayed the incorrect time 4:30PM-6:30PM but the Itinerary scheduled times displayed the correct time (Staging area:3:45PM-4PM, General admission 4PM-5PM, & Table 5PM-5:45PM). When I questioned the employee about the discrepancy, she stated verbatim that it was a glitch in their system however on her computer it shows the correct start time of 4PM and to disregard the Event time as she acknowledged that it was incorrect. Ok great, as the days were winding down closer to the party, I attempted to contact this location several times Via telephone to inquire about how many tables were allocated to our party room and Not one employee could give me a straight answer, I always received responses such as "I think" or "I am not 100 % sure". This was unacceptable! I was providing all of the paper goods and décor for the party and needed to know how many table cloths I should buy, and NO ONE knew anything. The lack of information provided by the employees was just insane and mind-blowing. I have never experienced this with a venue that prides themselves in hosting amazing stress free parties. I was stressed out from beginning to end with this party. On 2/11/19 I received a call from one of the employees confirming the details of my event. I reiterated the discrepancy with the event time being incorrect. She then told me that her system showed the correct time of the event starting at 4PM and she would send me an updated invoice displaying the correct time. I also informed her that I wanted to change 1 of the pizzas from 2 plain pizzas to 1 plain and 1 peperoni pizza and that I would be adding one additional child to the party. After confirming the details of this party, I hung up not realizing I didn't inquire about how many tables would be available in the party room. I immediately called back and spoke with another employee as to which she was unsure about the number of tables. At this point I was seriously regretting booking this place to host my child's 9th party. On 2/13/19 I sent another email expressing my frustration with the employees not knowing how many tables the party room would have and received a response the same day confirming 2 tables. I also sent a reply to that same email requesting the updated invoice that reflected the correct time that I NEVER received, and NO ONE ever replied to my email. The morning of the Event on 2/16/19 I dropped off the decorations for the party and asked if the business provided the service of blowing up balloons? The young lady I asked was unsure and asked another employee who then responded that they did not blow up balloons. Like you really can't make this stuff up. How do you not know the answers to simple common questions? After that experience I just knew this party would be problematic moving forward. Once we arrived at the location for the party it was a DISASTER just so much chaos and confusion. I had several guests show up to the party early before I arrived and were informed by the employees that the party started at 4:45PM which was inaccurate information. This is just unacceptable and irresponsible on the business behalf, due to the fact my guest were being informed of the incorrect start time by the employees, resulted in parents taking their kids back home and showing back up LATE to the party. I loved the idea of having a trampoline park near my home to take the young ones. I booked on Groupon and saved a solid $6. We went on a Saturday evening n it was soo crowded I was about to walk out. It explained why I couldn't park in there lot n had to park 5 streets away. The line was really long but once we got to the finish line the lady was really sweet and helped us accordingly. When walking into the trampoline zone the person who was suppose to check our tickets was busy having conversations with his friends and I was mad I paid when not one person looked at our wristbands. Upon entering the trampolines it was CROWDED. It was so packed you couldn't even walk without bumping into little gremlins. Ok. So i have been waiting for this place to open so that i have a new local place to take my nieces when they stay overnight. I was able to finally check the place out with them this Friday evening! LARGE! The actually trampoline facility is actually pretty large! There are two dodge ball sections with fencing around it so the balls dont go flying into other areas, they have a two basketball areas, a large trampoline area, and even a trampoline ninja obstacle course. separate from the trampoline area, they have a SMALL arcade section with air hockey, a zombie killing game, and a few of those toy machines that you have to use the crane to pick stuff up. There are party rooms and an eating area too. PARENTS BE WARNED: you will not be allowed in the trampoline section to watch your children unless your child is 7 years or younger. If they are older, they make you wait in a second floor holding cell where you can see everything. I cannot attest to that because i stood right outside of the gates of the trampoline section so i could watch my nieces. They are 8 and 10 years old and there were older kids there bouncing around who were probably in there 20's and even some adults. My biggest gripe was that i dont like the fact that adults, teens, and little kids are all together. I think they should be kept on separate sides since there is pretty much 2 of everything there! Prices were strange. i kinda feel like it is expensive but dont sure. We purchased the combo #2 which allowed each girl entrance to the trampoline park for 1 hour, plus they each got one drink, and they shared a personal pizza. price came out to about $60-65 bucks.
