2.5 stars My friend and her kid were visiting from Florida and wanted to go to trampoline park with my kid so we did some research and found this place. Price: I luckily found the deal on Groupon so I would suggest to try looking on Groupon and see if there's any deals before buying online or at the front desk. I also saw that its website has some promotions as well. Front desk & Checking in: Parents need to sign waivers either on line or in person for their kids to play in the park. They also require you to purchase their grippy socks in order to play in the park. The socks are $3 a pair. We brought our own grippy socks but they said we had to use their socks only which I think it's just a way for them to make some extra money. Staff was friendly enough to ask nicely though. Park: Parents need to buy $10 admission ticket just to get upstairs in order to see their children playing. There's a very limited space on the ground floor with limited seating and we can't even see anything in the park because of the high wall behind the front desk. At the end of hours, our kids were not really having fun due to the crowd and some incident inside the park so I guess this would be our first and last time here. Parking: There's parking in the front. You just need to wait until someone leaves or double park while staying inside the car. Note: The staff should enforce players to keep moving forward and not holding up spots or area so other players can play without worrying about hitting into others. Small kids zone and big kids zone should be separated and enforced by the rules as well. read more

They charge you as a parent for an access pass but don't tell you that the pass is so that you can watch from a balcony so far away that there's nothing you can do for your kids, they can't hear you and the majority of the time you can't even see them. We just hosted my 9 year old daughters party at Launch Queens and it was awesome! We had it at 12:30pm on Saturday and I think that helps because I notice it gets more crowded later. Launch is a great addition to an area that doesn't offer much activities to kids and grownups who are kids at heart. While they are fulfilling a well needed niche kid friendly market. There are still some kinks to be worked out. Your first interactions with Launch is the front desk staff, they could be more detailed and informative in the lay of the land for new customers and also maybe smile. There are a few nuisances that customers should be aware of, the process of flow of jumpers, rules - parents only allowed in a particular section of jump areas etc. The equipment here is sturdy and the family special that includes food and cards for games made for a great spontaneous gathering of friends and family. Great potential here but staff could use some costumer friendly training. Customer is King. A useful tip, go during somewhat off peak hours to maximize your time for fun. read more

I've been to trampoline parks before but this one just has too much going on. First off parking sucks. It's about 30 spots in the parking lot which makes zero sense when they are booking probably 50 parties/ reservations at a time. The on street parking is just as bad. Second there's security at the door. If you don't have a reservation or if you're not there for a party, I don't think you're getting in. They need to limit how many people they allow for reservations and for parties. I know Covid-19 mandates are being lifted but it was entirely too many people in there. And more importantly it was a Saturday so you knowwwwww the place was hellfire. My niece was having a birthday party. I easily checked in and found the party. The only issue was that it was upstairs and my mom uses a scooter to get around as a result of her disability (And they only have one handicap parking spot).The staff was very nice about accommodating this and fixing this situation which I appreciate. They changed our room and set it up again and everything. In the trampoline portion of the facility, it's honestly a bunch of kids going wild .... As they should! But it's just as many adults standing around or sitting around or just taking up space like it's an adult lounge or something. There needs to be rules that if you're an adult and you're not jumping or with a child under a certain age, then you should go. I know the world is full of crazies who may unfortunately try to do wicked things which I'm sure is why there were adults standing around. But then that leads me to feel that this place is not properly constructed for you to have your eye on your child while also staying at a your table. I took away a star when I saw the manager yell at an employee in front of myself and other customers to go mop the floor since he wasn't actively doing anything in the moment. The yelling was unprofessional and more importantly that's not how you speak to people. People were walking into the bathroom with no shoes on just because they had those grip socks on. Yuck. You don't only have to pay for your kids but you also have to pay for any adult that walks in even if you don't participate. Honestly after seeing these reviews, I am extremely happy my sons party was cancelled last minute . 2 hours before we had to arrive and our guest were already driving there. The person that book the party was nice I guess but the manager is definitely money hungry. My sons party was suppose to be in December 24th, I called on December 23rd to confirm the food. He stated that there has been a flood and the party will still be on tomorrow for sure he has 20 staff members scooping out water. He should have canceled that day the 23rd because calling at 9:30 AM to cancel a party at 12 is ridiculous! My son did nothing that day and I wasted money on decorations. Now being that the manager put me in such a inconvenience he did NOTHING to compensate me for my time and aggravation. Did not even offer my son a free jump or something. We came here from an hour away..we knew it was spring break and there would be crowds..but this place was a zoo. The parents were pushing our children and it was just a terrible experience. Parents couldn't control their kids and no one could control the parents. The only reason why I would come back is because the manager, he listened to our concerns. He gave us free passes to come back, gave the kids free ice cream and still allowed us to try and get some fun in. Moral of the story is, never come on a break. read more

This place was really nice and a convenient drive. We attended a birthday party at Launch this afternoon and I am pretty pleased with the experience. We live in Nassau county, so this was a 29 minute commute to Howard Beach. To me this was a better experience than driving out east. I've been to 2 other trampoline parks on Long Island and I was not pleased with the experience or the facilities. Launch raised the bar. When we arrived the place was PACKED. I get it. 3 day holiday weekend, a Saturday. There was no parking in the small lot in the back entrance at all. We were lucky to find side street parking easily. We arrived and had to check in and complete waivers. I really like the refreshing green and black theme here. Very modern. I deducted a star for the lack of organization here with crowds of all ages. Adults, teens and tots all playing together is utter chaos. I just wish some of the areas were separate and grouped according to age but that would also require a bigger facility. It just seemed potentially dangerous and inappropriate. There was a man in his 30's cursing arrogantly while playing dodge ball with a large group while young children were playing and passing by. I don't feel he should have been participating. Overall I enjoyed the different areas of play especially the ninja area, rock climbing wall and battle beam ! Battle beam is something not all trampoline parks offer. Super cute !!!!! They also have several claw machines here. But don't waste your money. My daughter lost 14 times and I watched a man in his 30's spend about $50 trying to win a Nintendo Switch out of a claw machine. A SCAM! JOEY the huge mascot in a jersey and chuck Taylor's walked around which was similar to Chuck E. Cheese. That was a nice touch for the facility. Little kids eat that up ! The facility is very clean and organized. The bathrooms are very well kept and the party rooms as well. The staff is very organized and that impressed me. The party food was very good. The pizza and wings that were served were very good. The staff was polite and kept all plates and cups replenished. Not worth the time or money for such a poor experience. The place is small and packed. The young workers could care less about working or supervising kids. Mostly stood around talking to one another and did not have the temperament to deal with children. Overpriced in general. Absolutely no place to sit to supervise your children or just take a break. Some play areas were unsupervised. No benches, chairs, nothing. Only seating is in the upper, party area. The floor plan is flawed. If you have the means and time, go to Sky Zone on Long Island or in Westchester. It'll be worth the trip and money for a much better experience for kids and parents alike. read more

Over all the staff at the front desk was pretty friendly . I had an issue with the "security" that worked there that acted as if this place was some nightclub . Completely intimidating and rude . The largest security guard Grabbed a ball away from my 2 year old who was screaming. after I told them I would return it myself they were extremely rude still saying the ball should be put back ! For such a place that supposed to be "kid friendly" they should know children come in all forms you would think they would be better trained how to deal with children better . I visited this trampoline park for the first time over the weekend and boy was that a mistake! Not the place itself but going on a Saturday. Sheesh! If you can avoid going on a weekend please do yourself that favor. It was PACKED. Lots of parties and just people in general. The line to pay was long and a bit slow but it did speed up after a bit. The young lady who we purchased from was very nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Her name was Kareem (not sure if I'm spelling it correctly). They offer a few different package options when purchasing your jump time as well as different events such as glow night . The actual trampoline area was really cute. They have lots of space to jump as well as different activities such as rock climbing and basketball hoops and even a small obstacle course. They also have some arcade games available. The worst part of this place was the food line. It was too much for the staff to handle. Too crowded and very slow. However the staff was polite But it was still frustrating. They definitely need to work on the execution of that area. Overall I would say this place is worth going to just not on a weekend when it's really crowded. Monday's it's two jump for the price of one and way less crowded. I will be going back on a Monday. read more

We've been anticipating the opening of this place for months now. I got the email two days ago they officially opened and booked a spot for this afternoon. The place is brand spanking new and the trampolines haven't been broken into yet. The place is really spacious and has a lot of things to occupy everyone. The best thing for little ones are the basketball hoops that come in three sizes for the smallest of children to the tallest. I really liked the obstacle course which was a huge hit today with the teenagers. We booked Combo 1 which comes with 60 min admission for 4, a large cheese pizza, a pitcher of juice/soda and four $5 arcade cards. The arcade has three games; a shooting basketball game, two car racing games, a photo booth and two claw prize games. After our 60 min were done, we placed our food order which was ready in 5 min. The pizza was okay, not bad. The staff was really nice and the manager I believe was really helpful. They have security too which is nice. I'm glad this place is here so we don't have to go to LI or Jersey for a trampoline park. Everyone had a great time. The party space looks like its upstairs which was hard to see because it was dark. Seems like a fun place for a party and affordable. Oh, and they have ample parking. The only negative is they don't have lockers so you have to leave your stuff on the floor unattended unless you have someone to watch it. They also don't have a place to sit and take your shoes off. My son is a very active 9yr old. We've visited a good number of trampoline parks in the tri-state area. We were sooo excited when we saw Launch coming to Queens. Unfortunately, our expectations have fallen short so far. Overall, the facility looks really great, a bit smaller then most trampoline parks we've visited, yet still loaded with plenty of activities such as the Ninja Course, Rock Wall and Battle Beam. There's no benches for kids to change their shoes, just two small tables and a booth on ground level. There are no lockers or even shoe racks. The facility has no couches for parents waiting, just the tables on ground level and two sections of booths/tables on second level. The food menu looks amazing, the food itself, not so much. Chicken fingers were burned, and the personal size pizza looked like it was from a scene in the movie 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids." The admission cost is higher then other parks, with you having to choose a time slot in advance prior to coming. Hope this will change and things will improve. P.S. Mgmt: Playing explicit music with kids everywhere is unacceptable. read more

Unfortunately, I can't leave no stars for this business, because that's what it deserves. My husband and I took our daughter here on a Sunday with much excitement. I called ahead of time to ask if there was a toddler zone, and I was assured there was. I made reservations ahead of time, and the website made it look as though it wouldn't be too crowded. When we arrived, the place was packed like sardines. They absolutely oversell tickets. I ask an employee, once again, before buying my husband and I tickets so we can accompany our daughter, if there is a toddler zone. She confidently assures us there is. I assume we're going to head to a corner of the facility to a toddler area where toddlers can jump, but not worry about getting trampled by a pre-teen. After carefully maneuvering around a very large crowd of jumping people, we arrive at said "toddler area". It's not blocked off from any of the other jumping areas. There's tons of kids, preteens, and teenagers, jumping and running full speed ahead over and into the toddler area. My husband and I surrounded our daughter to attempt to let her enjoy herself, but we constantly had to dodge non-toddler humans. It was so nerve racking we just left. My husband attempted to complain to an employee, but no managers were available and it seems only high school students run the place. I understand this a place where people get hurt, hence the multiple waivers that must be signed before buying a ticket. However, just DON'T tell parents there's a designated toddler area, if you're not going to section it off and actually monitor it. It's incredibly irresponsible and I pray that no toddlers get injured here. I'm not writing on here because I'm mad I can't get a refund, I'm writing this review because I don't want fellow toddler parents to take their little humans here and jeopardize their safety. Not to mention, this place was filthy. Tons of trash on the trampolines everywhere you look.
