First thing that ran into my mind was this was going to be a big expense.... Called up BMW and their first appointment was 2 weeks away.. looking around at alternatives and came across Auto Envy.. they said bring the car in tomorrow and they will give me an assessment... Dropped the car off and later that afternoon they diagnosed bad oxygen sensors and the ignition coils also need to be replaced.. the cost of repair was about half the price BMW dealer quoted a year ago saying that the oxygen sensors were going back agreed to the repair and had my car back the next day running like new again.. This is a small mom/pop type shop that specializes in BMW repairs.. Friendly Staff, good prices, and great communication. Highly recommended if you need work done on your BMW!!!

I didn't meet any of the mechanics but I think the main man Ben is the one who specializes heavily at this shop and from what I read and seen he knows his stuff and does quality work. Had quite a bit of work done here and it's exceeded my expectations. M4 and M3 owners get your pinned crank hub done before it's to late. Spending the 4 grand for peace of mind is better then shelling out for a new engine if it fails. I'll end this stating that my car went in sounding like a dying zebra with COPD and came out sounding like a fire breathing dragon so I'm beyond happy and excited to feel the power of this monster super car.

Front desk asked for the insurance I was under then had me sign a paper for agreements and such. After those two things were done, I gave her my key and went on with my day. Whole ordeal went for a total of, I want to say, 10-15 minutes. After a few days, I got an email entailing the estimate. All was fair but I noticed they decided to replace my entire headlight even though I checked my car beforehand and the headlight was totally okay, no scratches or cracks. I was a bit upset about an extra $750 added to the estimate but oh well. I noticed a few of the reviews complained about a long wait so I called a few reasonable times for updates. Dropped off my car on Sep. 2, got it back Sep. 12. Went to go pick up my car, paid my deductible, and left that place in under 10 minutes. I'm overall satisfied with this place honestly. It was clean, everyone was polite, and while this area did seem ghetto, I said F it and just prayed to God that my car would be fine.

FIRST TIME - Car not aligned SECOND TIME - Bumper falls off…read more I got my car repaired or (replaced) here around March 23rd. An 18 wheeler backed up into my parked car. It was taken there from my insurance. First The employee assured me that my car would look brand new and like nothing happened. He then said my whole bumper would be taken off. HE SAID IT WAS BE REPLACED. He said it would take about three weeks because that's what it normally takes. I got my car back in six days. it did not look brand new and the piece that was dented in was still visibly dented in. I took it back and the employee agreed that it did not look properly done. I left my car and I got it back the 2 days later because Aaron said he was waiting for the piece of the bumper. Two weeks later, today, I'm on the highway and my rear bumper falls off. I go to caliber collision and they tell me that, that part is not related to what was done when in fact, you have to takeoff the bumper to fix it and repair it. THEN clip it and screw to secure it. You cannot do it while it's on the car therefore you must tighten something back up once you put it back. There were screws missing and nothing was broken or chipped so it was impossible for anything to have been ripped out as the general manager was trying to say. Telling me it was repaired now not replaced. They tried to tell me that that must've happened after I picked up the Vehicle. I picked it up two weeks ago so something must have been loose two weeks ago for it to come offwhile I'm driving. I did not get rear ended I did not get into no accident. . No one has the time to f**k with me and rip it out and I wouldn't want my car in the shop again! due to work, so there's no reason that I'd lie about this or that I'd want to be doing this. They tell me they can give me the quote for the new repair. I shouldn't have to pay s**t when I just picked up my car and the part that fell off is related to where you guys repaired because there's no way you can repair it without touching that part. I looked under my car, screws were missing and, where the clips go They were still in place, nothing on the bottom was damaged. So nothing was ripped out. I'm thinking since I got my car back in six days that they were moving too fast and must have not tightened it properly, but of course they cannot take accountability and now I have to get it done myself. I messed up and told him I work in construction. I mentioned it because I would notice if anything happened to my car being that I don't park on job sites. So the general manager wanted to use this and say it was my fault and I must have went somewhere. Just called back and said they see warping on the clip holders I would not recommend. The Indian guy, (GM ) And Aaron.

This review will be shared across multiple platforms, including Google and Yelp…read more I brought my vehicle in for an estimate on May 4 and returned for repairs on May 7. Throughout the process, I worked with Michael, who was excellent to deal with. While his attire was somewhat casual, his professionalism, communication, and overall attitude more than made up for it. He kept me informed during both the estimate and repair stages and was always responsive when I called for updates. When I picked up my vehicle, I was very impressed with the quality of the repair work. The damage was no longer visible, and everything initially appeared to be in great condition. I completed the paperwork and prepared to leave. However, as I was about to drive away, I noticed in my rearview mirror that the rear passenger overhead light was hanging from the headliner. I immediately returned to the office, and Michael addressed the issue right away. He apologized and ensured it was fixed before I left. The following day, while organizing items in my vehicle, I discovered an additional issue: the antenna was missing, and the antenna housing was damaged. Based on the condition, it appeared the damage may have occurred during the courtesy cleaning process. Since it was the weekend, I contacted the shop first thing Monday morning and left a message for Michael. He returned my call promptly, took responsibility for the situation, and assured me that the necessary repairs would be completed once the replacement part arrives. I appreciate the prompt response and willingness to correct the issue. That said, these types of problems should ideally be prevented altogether. I hope that extra care will be taken during courtesy services in the future to avoid similar situations.

The receptionists were kind and patient as I saw them interact with another customer before me where there was a language barrier. They were nice to her and took their time as she was struggling to get the proper words to describe her needs. Surprisingly, Enterprise Rent - A - Car was actually located in the building and collected me from the lobby and let me know my rental was waiting for me! She explained the rental deposit procedure and quickly showed me to my car and even offered to show me how to use different features of the car! Within 48 hours, the claim results, delivery date for my parts, and eta on completion was all provided by my personal care coordinator Brendan! Literally within 2 days! Brendan was kind, patient, and actually understood what was happening from the insurance side of the matter as well! He let me know that my car might be ready within 48 hours and it was actually done in 24! So from drop off to claim filing to the completed repair, it was all done in 4 days! As a licensed insurance agent that was record time! I was so floored by the amazing customer service I received at Classic Collision that I just HAVE to recommend them for all your car care needs.
