FIRST TIME - Car not aligned SECOND TIME - Bumper falls off I got my car repaired or (replaced) here around March 23rd. An 18 wheeler backed up into my parked car. It was taken there from my insurance. First The employee assured me that my car would look brand new and like nothing happened. He then said my whole bumper would be taken off. HE SAID IT WAS BE REPLACED. He said it would take about three weeks because that's what it normally takes. I got my car back in six days. it did not look brand new and the piece that was dented in was still visibly dented in. I took it back and the employee agreed that it did not look properly done. I left my car and I got it back the 2 days later because Aaron said he was waiting for the piece of the bumper. Two weeks later, today, I'm on the highway and my rear bumper falls off. I go to caliber collision and they tell me that, that part is not related to what was done when in fact, you have to takeoff the bumper to fix it and repair it. THEN clip it and screw to secure it. You cannot do it while it's on the car therefore you must tighten something back up once you put it back. There were screws missing and nothing was broken or chipped so it was impossible for anything to have been ripped out as the general manager was trying to say. Telling me it was repaired now not replaced. They tried to tell me that that must've happened after I picked up the Vehicle. I picked it up two weeks ago so something must have been loose two weeks ago for it to come offwhile I'm driving. I did not get rear ended I did not get into no accident. . No one has the time to f**k with me and rip it out and I wouldn't want my car in the shop again! due to work, so there's no reason that I'd lie about this or that I'd want to be doing this. They tell me they can give me the quote for the new repair. I shouldn't have to pay s**t when I just picked up my car and the part that fell off is related to where you guys repaired because there's no way you can repair it without touching that part. I looked under my car, screws were missing and, where the clips go They were still in place, nothing on the bottom was damaged. So nothing was ripped out. I'm thinking since I got my car back in six days that they were moving too fast and must have not tightened it properly, but of course they cannot take accountability and now I have to get it done myself. I messed up and told him I work in construction. I mentioned it because I would notice if anything happened to my car being that I don't park on job sites. So the general manager wanted to use this and say it was my fault and I must have went somewhere. Just called back and said they see warping on the clip holders I would not recommend. The Indian guy, (GM ) And Aaron. read more

5 Stars for Repair! My customer service rep was awesome. 1 Star for the "Interior Appearance" of my vehicle when I first picked it up. **This is a new 2026 vehicle, so it was dropped off very clean. **My car should have not been dirty at all, I feel like my car was driven around while it was not being serviced. *There was a pocket knife wedged in the seat, it could have punctured my leather. *Dashboard had white flour water looking residue all over it. *Both front floor mats looks as if they were washed in white flour water. *Back seats had the same white flour water residue, but on the seats and headrests. Why are you in my backseat when you are repairing my bumper? *Window sticker residue was left on the windshield. read more

Great costumer service! Would recommend to all my friends and family. Accurate estimates.

Honest communication. Gave me all of my options. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything. I felt in control.

I was in a fender bender and this was a recommended GEICO repair shop. The staff was super nice. Repairs took longer than I expected, but they kept me updated along the way. read more

I've never had bodywork done on a vehicle but my insurance surely sent me to the right place! The car came back flawless like it never had someone's face crushed into the front passenger side fender. I was sour when I received the damage report but it came back looking like nothing had happened at all! They even fixed the dimples on my door! The back story. A drunken fella had his butt handed to him by 8 dudes outside of a bar. Said drunken fella had his face pummeled and smashed into my car that was standing by unarmed. They continued to smear blood down the entire side of my car. It looked like I ran someone over and fled the scene. My car came back clean with no obscene scratches or dents to be seen! They even dropped me off at my house on the way home. If I ever need more work done, or know someone that needs this service, I'll point them in this direction. read more

I had a great experience, Lindsey Hutton was especially helpful in getting my car repaired. 10/10 would recommend this place

This specific Caliber location was recommended to me by my Son who had done business with them in the past when they were Stock or Modified. My collision occurred right as they were transitioning over to Caliber, but it didn't interfere with their handling of business and taking care of my car at all. The staff were all very helpful, informative and efficient. Ms, Lanny at the front desk was polite and helpful from the start when I had first contacted them right after my car was hit. Although my insurance messed up the timing of my appointment, they cleared it all up with my insurance and still took me in on the spot. Renee took care of my car the minute I put my key in her hand. She remained in touch with me while they had my car, continually giving me updates on the work on my car, the parts, and on my claim. She and the others who did the actual work on my car went ABOVE and BEYOND with my repairs/paint, and got it back to me faster than originally expected. It looks and runs perfect, like the accident never happened. I'm glad that I was referred here and can see why my Son highly recommended this location, I will be doing the same from now on too. read more

I brought my car to Stock or Modified Bodyworks on the recommendation from a friend after it was hit by some road debris on the highway. I love my Tesla and wanted to take it to a shop that works on aluminum bodies. They completely repaired the damage to my door and made it look like it never even happened. Lannie in the office is super awesome and really cares about her customers. Melody is also super awesome! Nick, one of the paint/repair guys, paid very close attention to detail to make my car look just like it did before the unfortunate event. I would definitely take my car there again! read more

I was rear-ended and Progressive recommended Bodyworks and after reading the reviews I decided to bring my vehicle in. This shop exceeded my expectations. Between the walk through of what to expect while my car was in the shop to making sure Enterprise was there to pick me up to get my rental, they made this process so much easier. This will forever be the only place I bring my car for repairs. read more

The staff here at Stock or Modified went above and beyond, for me. They had to fix someone else's work. Joey and Nick spent the time to personally show me what they needed to do in order to get the work done right. Lanny and Joey kept me updated during the whole process and Joey also personally called me when a problem came up. They actually ended up going out of pocket to help me because of another shops mistake. Customer satisfaction is what Stock or Modified is all about. The team here made me feel welcomed and from here on out I will only be coming here for any of my body or paint needs. Don't go anywhere else. If you want it done RIGHT the first time, go to Stock or Modified. Save yourself time and grief of dealing with another body shop. Stock or Modified spend the time to do it right! read more

I am very particular about my car and Stock or Modified did an excellent job on my vehicle. Lanny was easy to communicate with and made herself easily accessible. Joey did outstanding work on the repairs, the "care factor" was there and it shined through when I picked up my vehicle. I will be working with this team again in the future. read more

Not only was the repair of my Honda CR-V perfect in all aspects, the car was ready a day earlier than anticipated. The Office Manager (Melody) and Repair Rep (Richard) were very professional and courteous. My insurance company recommended Stock or Modified Bodyworks because I did not have a preference. I have a preference now. I will proudly recommend Stock or Modified Bodyworks to friends, co-workers, and family members. read more

Ordered some forged carbon fiber parts for my BMWi8. Was recommended to this company. And they flipping nailed it big time. ! My car has a unique look already and adding these parts the work had to been done right . Joey ( owner ) was meticulous on the install. Took personal pride in everything being 100% correct . Was open to my input as I was next to him during the install , Joey stayed 2 hrs after the business closed turning wrenches to get my car finished. ( ignoring repeated calls from his wife ). His butt needed to get home ! But he never rushed or took short cuts. If you want something done right and quality work to the highest level come visit Stock - Modified Body Works. read more

Joey did some work for me a few years ago and the work was flawless. He painted sideskirts to match the body, sanded out the texture, painted the rear lower valence, the grill and blended and fixed a door ding. I can't tell you how happy I was the price was fair, if not more than fair. He is personable and delivered the car in a timely manner allowing me to stop in and see the progress as well. I see that he expanded and nobody deserves it more. I'm in the process of making arrangements to have more work done on a show vehicle and can't wait to work with him again. I will post photos of his work shortly. I also recommend you seek him out on Instagram to see his work. Over 20 years of experience in the business. read more

This place was extremely professional, respectful, and very nice. I dropped off my Jeep on Monday evening and everything was all done by Friday afternoon. They took care of everything and made the whole process very smooth. When I picked up my vehicle, the general manager who walked us through everything was so helpful and polite. My vehicle now looks brand new and incredible! 10/10 for Stock or Modified Bodyworks. You guys are amazing! Thank you so much for everything! :) read more

My review will be like all of the others, but when you get 5 star service then you leave a 5 star review. And I received 5 star service. The customer service is supreme. I was sent by my insurance company and i feel like Stock values their relationships with their clients. My car looked like new... PLUS they vacuumed and presented my car back in pristine condition. I am pleased with everything. Don't hesitate to go to here for your car! read more

5 stars and nothing less.. The work was superb and the service was excellent. From beginning to end they exceeded my expectations..

I got into an accident a few weeks back and unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover it. Realizing that I would have to pay out of pocket, I was very frustrated and reached out to friends and family members for an inexpensive hook up with a reputable mechanic or company specializing in autobody work. My uncle recommended a company that was supposed to be very well known. I sent the guy pictures of my car and he was supposed to give me a quote later that day. He never followed up. Another company gave me a quote that was absolutely ridiculous! I reached out to two members of my organization and both of them immediately referred me to Stock or Modified Bodyworks. One of them said, "Best in town!" They told me that they would return the car better than it looked before. They promised and OVER delivered. When they returned my car, it looked better than it did BEFORE I got into the accident. Seriously. It was so clean and shiny and looked like a newer version of my car. On top of that, I dropped by to meet the staff and everyone was so professional and nice. It was like a family business. They were so attentive and did everything they said they would do. My car was ready several days earlier than expected. I believe in giving negative feedback if I have issues with a product or service and I especially believe in leaving positive feedback if I am pleased with a business and if they have gone over and beyond. Stock or Modified Bodyworks exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair. I would give them 5 stars out of 5 if I could. read more

They were so great! They got my car fixed in under a week! And they also detailed my car inside and out! I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely first rate. I wanted to get my fenders on my Harley Sportster painted to match the tank. The guy who had the bike before me had the middle of fenders painted gray with "Molon Labe" down the front and the Three Precenter's symbol on that back surrounded in stars. Not that I don't agree with the sentiment, but since I'm not part of the group I didn't want anyone asking me for the secret handshake. I had a hard time finding a shop that paints motorcycles. There was one bike shop that advertised they have "painting service" so I took it to them. Turns out they send their paintwork to Stock or Modified. When I finally got my bike back the fenders were painted matt black instead of glossy like my tank. The bike shop gave me Jarod's (Jerry) name and number saying they'll take a look. Evidently, there was a miscommunication between the bike shop and S or M. But, Jerry was a total profession and told me he would make it right and got their painter, Nick, on the job. Two days later I got my bike back and it's a perfect match. If you're looking to get your motorcycle painted ... or any other bodywork done this is the place to go. I could not recommend them more highly. read more

I have taken my car to Joey at Stock or Modified Bodyworks many times. I hate to say that I have my own personal body shop, but after the first time he repaired my car, I was sold! I would not go anywhere else, EVER!!! I appreciate his attention to detail. He is an artist. That is my work ethic too. My car always looks better than new when he is done with it! His staff is wonderful. Lani was so helpful. I hope that USAA makes this a preferred site. read more
