After taking my 4Runner to a couple different shops for quotes, I settled here because on the…read morecustomer service I had already encountered. I walked in and asked for a quote. The owner follows me out, takes some pictures of the damage on my front fender and door, asks some questions, and explains to me he'll need to write up a quote and email it to me. I was a little skeptical, thinking I wouldn't get an email because other things got in the way, but sure enough, I received one later that evening. The shop quote was just under what I had been receiving from other shops and the owner was very nice when talking outside of the shop so I decided to trust them with the work. They quoted me 3 days and sure enough, 3 days had passed and I received a call stating it was ready to pick up. I headed there almost immediately, eager to see how it looked. I was very pleased to see how clean everything looked, and how you couldn't tell a difference in paint tones, seeing as the original paint is 15+ years old. I highly recommend this shop for any paint and body needs. I'm thrilled with the turn out of mine and I won't hesitate to use them again, if need be.

Daniel did AN AMAZING job on my car and was BEYOND helpful. I could tell that he was truly interested in making sure I was taken care of. Long story short, there was a lot of damage to my front end from an accident in January of this year and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so i had to pay out of pocket. I went to 4 other collision repair centers and they all quoted me at worst case scenario just as Dan did, and they were $2-3k higher than Dan's estimate. I found this shop close to me and the reviews were good! Now I know why. Not only was the work done on my car great but Daniel is such nice and honest man. The time to fix my car was short but the service I got was awesome! I got calls updating me on the progress and process and when I picked up my car the whole thing was vacuumed like I had just bought it. There were a couple things that needed to be touched up, normal stuff and not a reflection of his work. Putting my vehicle in park, I stepped out to find a huge truck whose driver didn't even realize he had hit me. Of course there was no damage to his vehicle. But there was to mine, My insurance company, Nationwide, has preferred collision centers that take care of the estimates, billing and perform work that is guaranteed. Having previously been happy with Rick Hendrick Collision Center, I chose that option. The location off E. Virginia Beach Boulevard is convenient. which provided value in the form of my time and gasoline. The personnel are friendly and remembered me from before. The office is clean and pleasant, although your wait isn't long. At my appointment service advisor Kyle Alexander inspected the vehicle with me. He then prepared an estimate for the insurance company, which would be reimbursed by the other driver's insurance. Parts would have to be ordered. When the parts came in I was given a time to bring the vehicle in. Having become attached to the comfort, look and safety features in my Kia, I felt sad talking it in. After asking if there were visiting hours, the counter people told me they would take good care of it. I received at least one text each day advising me of its progress. The vehicle also notified me via the Kia Connect App when the doors were open or when a feature wasn't functional. The first malfunction warning I got was for a brake light. I called, thinking a wire might have been left unconnected. The answer was that they disassembled it to paint. This answer worried me a lot. Would all my safety features still work after the back had been disassembled? After the estimated seven working day period, I was called to let me know the vehicle was ready, The first thing I asked about was the safety features. Kyle told me they downloaded everything and reloaded it after repairs. But he knew my concern and went to the lot to check it himself. Afterwards we walked outside to inspect. It was perfect. Of course I tested all the features on the way home. Everything was perfect. My Apple CarPlay was even loaded with my preferred Apps and Music. The repair bill to the insurance company was less than the estimate. And I was delighted to see on the bill that all the parts were new (OEM).
