I do not know how this place has such high reviews. The communication is terrible. You call and…read moreleave several messages but nobody calls you back. The time to completion on the work is bad, and the quality of work is sub-par. In my case, the work was incomplete. They re-used damaged parts on an insurance claim job. Additionally, incorrect replacement parts were used. When I was told they would reach out to the insurance company to get an adjustment for correct parts, it was apparent they did not because the incorrect parts were used. This was frustrating because I was told they would contact the insurance company to get the correct parts authorized before starting the work. Then, I kept calling them and my insurance company to get the issue resolved. The insurance company called them and told them to submit an adjustment. After I called the shop weekly for two months, leaving messages for the mechanic, I decided it wasn't worth the frustration. During this time, I was contacted once and told they were busy and they'd get around to it. To top it off, the wrap job they did bubbles when the temperature drops... When I gave them many opportunities to fix the poor and incorrect work, I was blown off each time. After several months, I decided to cut my losses because it wasn't worth the frustration. This is the worst vehicle repair experience I ever had. Do not take your vehicle here. You'll get poor communication, incomplete work, and more frustration than you should have to deal with. A positive note - The lady that works the desk and answers the phone is very nice. So is the manager/owner - if you ever get a chance to talk to him.

I took my vehicle to have it repaired in November 2024 for collision repair to the bumper. It…read moretook them a month to repair an it was not done correctly so I had to take it back in. I was told it was ready and again it was not done correctly. You could still visibly see the gaps were the bumper was not sitting properly. It took months of me calling to have them redo it only to get it back and third time with the gaps and lifting of the left panel. I was told they would have the manager reach out to me over a week an a half ago, and I have heard from no one as of April 22 2025. Kelley asked me to hold off on reviewing them in December to give them a chance to make it right, but now this service is giving incompetence, negligence and just sloppy repair work. I cannot fathom how anyone trained properly would believe the quality of the repairs I have received was done professionally. I am still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired and I am tired of having to continuously remind them that it's not fixed yet. I have been very polite through this process. However, everyone has a breaking point. I am at my wits end and now have to take drastic actions.

Got an estimate to have 4 rotors and brake pads changed at a local national chain. At Salas, they…read morechanged the rotors and pads, did a full synthetic oil change and state inspection for about $50 less than the chain store wanted just to do pads and rotors. To buy the parts at Advance Auto would cost me $400, so Salas was still making a good profit for the labor at a cost of about $770 total- (wanted $1038 at the chain store), but not taking me completely through the nose. The brakes seem and look brand new. I was recommended to give them a try and I was glad I did. I plan to be back in the future- hopefully it will be a while, but good service!
