Ac compressor failing…read more With that information, I called Christian brothers automotive, requested a temporary ac recharge and said I do not want a compressor replacement, the desk representative asked me to come in, said he could get the recharge done and additionally give me a quote for my own knowledge since it's been 4 years. I get there, price is still $1400 for a compressor, $2500 for complete replacement as expected. I decline the work and ask to continue with the recharge, he then tells me No, and the reasoning behind is it falls under a OSHA violation. You need to tell me this information before I waste time coming to your shop hoping I'll purchase a $1500-2500 repair instead of wasting my time. I understand business but that is wrong.

My state inspection was completed after an hour and a half, just as they quoted me. Kristen was very informative with the things they found during the inspection and with how amazing their customer service was, I would definitely return to get my car serviced with them. I was given a free car freshener once the service was complete and told them I would tell everyone I knew about the exceptional experience I had with their business. Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

Very nice people and quick service. I look forward to using them soon to get a few things squared away and was very please when consulting about the turn around to hear it wasn't weeks like a few other places who either dont keep staff well or just dont have fast turn around. Highly pleased with my whole experience and excited to find a local family owned shop. They have a loyalty program that is absolutely wonderful as well. 10/10

I assumed a bent rim may be the culprit and brought it in around 12:45pm today to have it looked into. The fellas inside were nice enough and I was able to quickly give my info and drop off the key. I ran home and they called me about an hour later with a diagnosis of a blown tire. I had the guy quote me on several tires since they didn't have the exact match to my other three and settled on the mid-range replacement. Again, they called an hour later and said it was ready for pickup. I wanted to add a state inspection bc it's due this month but they said it's best to come early in the AM for that and I'll add an oil change as well. Their website has tons of info on it and you can browse around about the services and see if they have specials or coupons to apply to the work you're doing. When the quote finally came back, the parts they recommended were marked up 100% -- a part I could source for around $500 was quoted at $1,000 through them. I asked if they would consider working with customer-provided parts if I waived any warranty on those parts and only had them warranty the labor. They said no, citing company policy. I understand that many shops have this rule, but with a markup this extreme, it felt unreasonable. I left without having the work done. If you're considering this shop, just be prepared for very long waits and potentially significant markups on parts.
