    Frustration & disrespect begin here.

If you ever find yourself about to take your car to Caliber Collision on Central drive in VA Beach.....Immediately stop what you're doing & pick up a big rock, write the name Rachel on it & beat yourself in the face repeatedly because that's exactly what it feels like dealing with these people......absolutely the worst.

This was the damage to my Jeep after the accident.

FIRST TIME - Car not aligned SECOND TIME - Bumper falls off…read more I got my car repaired or (replaced) here around March 23rd. An 18 wheeler backed up into my parked car. It was taken there from my insurance. First The employee assured me that my car would look brand new and like nothing happened. He then said my whole bumper would be taken off. HE SAID IT WAS BE REPLACED. He said it would take about three weeks because that's what it normally takes. I got my car back in six days. it did not look brand new and the piece that was dented in was still visibly dented in. I took it back and the employee agreed that it did not look properly done. I left my car and I got it back the 2 days later because Aaron said he was waiting for the piece of the bumper. Two weeks later, today, I'm on the highway and my rear bumper falls off. I go to caliber collision and they tell me that, that part is not related to what was done when in fact, you have to takeoff the bumper to fix it and repair it. THEN clip it and screw to secure it. You cannot do it while it's on the car therefore you must tighten something back up once you put it back. There were screws missing and nothing was broken or chipped so it was impossible for anything to have been ripped out as the general manager was trying to say. Telling me it was repaired now not replaced. They tried to tell me that that must've happened after I picked up the Vehicle. I picked it up two weeks ago so something must have been loose two weeks ago for it to come offwhile I'm driving. I did not get rear ended I did not get into no accident. . No one has the time to f**k with me and rip it out and I wouldn't want my car in the shop again! due to work, so there's no reason that I'd lie about this or that I'd want to be doing this. They tell me they can give me the quote for the new repair. I shouldn't have to pay s**t when I just picked up my car and the part that fell off is related to where you guys repaired because there's no way you can repair it without touching that part. I looked under my car, screws were missing and, where the clips go They were still in place, nothing on the bottom was damaged. So nothing was ripped out. I'm thinking since I got my car back in six days that they were moving too fast and must have not tightened it properly, but of course they cannot take accountability and now I have to get it done myself. I messed up and told him I work in construction. I mentioned it because I would notice if anything happened to my car being that I don't park on job sites. So the general manager wanted to use this and say it was my fault and I must have went somewhere. Just called back and said they see warping on the clip holders I would not recommend. The Indian guy, (GM ) And Aaron.

Why are you in my backseat when you are repairing my bumper? *Window sticker residue was left on the windshield.

And a big thank you to Brian Whitehurst who looked at my Toyota Avalon and gave me an estimate without me having to wait a long time. He could not have been nicer! I was able to leave it that same day, which was a plus. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism and did not feel the need to get another estimate. After a minor fender-bender, my tail light and rear area was messed up pretty bad and my trunk would not close. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and couldn't tell that anything had happened to it at all! Joe who brought the car out to me was also very nice. I would definitely recommend London Bridge Motor! (P.S. The car in the photo is not my car.)

They were supposed to fix the brakes and stalling issue on my truck. Their quote was high but the…read moreguy said he'd adjust it for me. When I when to pick up the truck he didn't budge an inch. They overchanged by about 400 dollars. And to top it off the truck stalled almost immediately on the way home. When I confronted Robert, the guy In charge, he gave me all sorts of attitude and insulted me and condescended to me. He acted like it took forever to replace a MAP sensor which is a 15 minute job, maybe 30 with testing. I suggest finding a more reasonable shop or if you're gonna pay premium you should get the service that comes with that.

I came in with a…read moretough situation after a major mechanical failure of my old vehicle, negative equity to deal with, and a tight schedule with work and kids' sports. I felt like finally the universe was on my side as Leo and his team helped me figure out all the fun financials of a low valued trade in and getting into the new-to-me vehicle that my family and I needed. The genuine kindness from Leo and Danny and Fatima (I'm sorry who else's name I may have forgotten) has restored my faith in car dealerships and I may never go anywhere but RK again. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, please do yourself a good service and go to RK Chevy and ask for Leo. He will literally run from building to building, texting you updates as he works on making things happen. Just don't be surprised if you have to beat down a line of other customers who are there to follow up with him. He's that good. As I said the day he handed me my new keys, "It may only be April, but it's LEO seasonnnn!"

That changed the moment I spoke with Moustafa, the sales manager. I explained exactly what I was looking for, and he was refreshingly honest--he let me know it might be tough, but not impossible. Although they didn't have anything at the time, he promised to keep an eye out. Just two days later, I got a text: "I think I found the one." A trade-in had just come in, and he thought it could be the perfect fit. I headed over after work and was introduced to Doug Whitmore, the sales rep who made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. Doug was funny, kind, genuine, and incredibly easy to work with. He made what is usually a stressful process feel simple and even enjoyable. If you're in the market for a new Chevrolet or a dependable used car, do yourself a favor and reach out to Doug Whitmore at RK Chevrolet. He's a true professional who genuinely cares, and I'm confident you'll drive away just as satisfied as I did

Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.
