Brown's did a fantastic job coating the car, the paint has never looked better, more reflective, and clean as it does now. This is the worse company I've ever come across my whole life. The owner is very unprofessional and the quality of their work is poor. I bought brand new tires for my car from this place. When i came home after them installing the new tires i notice that my tpms monitor was not resetting. Called the next day the owner Mr. brown told me to bring it in but was questioning that it might be because of its already bad tpms. I told him I don't think so because it was just working before they replace the old tires. So then i brought it in. Come to find out that the employee busted my tpms and did not notice that it was left inside the old tire thats why the tpms monitor in my car was not resetting. So to fix that problem The owner ordered a new tpms to replace the 1 that they broke. 1-2 days later they installed the new 1. I notice again that the tpms monitor is still on. The owner told me just wait and drive it for a few minutes. I waited til end of the day and the monitor was still not going away. The next day i called the store a few times and was going to voice but no way of leaving a messege because their inbox was full. Kept trying to call them then weeks and weeks later finally got ahold of someone then the owner came on the line. He was already yelling to begin with and was telling me to not do that because i was telling the receptionist that i had been calling but pretty much telling me that i am lying (fyi what would i gain by lying about calling a company for tpms monitor. Smh) anyways, so then he continue yelling and was telling me that if I want my money back I'm not going to get it. I told him i don't want the money back i just want the monitor to be reprogram. He hang up before I even got a chance to finish that and was saying profanity in the background. So i called again he answered again. This guy have the nerve to tell me to stop harassing him and to just bring my car there and called me a bitch before hanging up the phone again. So yeah I am not bringing my car back up there again not if the actual owner is acting like that even just on the phone. That is so unprofessional and it blows my mind how he handles a simple problem and completely blows it out proportion. I would rather take my car somewhere else and have it fixed than to bring it there and have them fuck up another thing in my car. OMG!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I read reviews before that this place was good, but seeing how amazing my boyfriend's car looked after I will definitely be taking my car there. I bought a groupon for my bf, but it needed more work than that. They gave me a discount as well since I'll be using the groupon on my car instead. Car was super shiny and sparkly! It had a weird smell from whatever products the dealer before used on it. And my boyfriend also spilled monster on the seats. Oh and there was also tons of dog hair that is all gone now. I hated being in his car, but now it smells clean and great! There was all this sticky stuff on the windshield that is completely gone now. Definitely cleaner than when buying it from a dealer. It took about 2 hours of waiting, but I called the day of to come in. And they offered to Uber me home. They also had a ton of movies you can watch so I got to watch Arrival :) . read more

Called the business at about 9:45 to inquire about getting in to get my car cleaned. The owner is who I talked to he said they prefer appointments but they could still fit me in. My car was A MESS. Banana peels, sandwiches, coffee cups- you name it. He was straight up with me about price (was WAY cheaper than I expected) and how long it would take. I told him I wanted to be out within an hour and a half. I think I waited for maybe 45 minutes. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were very professional. I found Brown's via Groupon about two weeks ago and called to make an appointment to use my Groupon. When I arrived there to get my car cleaned, the owner himself came out and assessed my car. I was not aware of how badly my car needed a thorough cleaning and he was honest with me and suggested that I get a refund on my Groupon and have them clean my car properly, because he didn't want me to leave unhappy. He offered to pay for my Uber home while they cleaned my car, which really surprised me because not many businesses will offer anything like that. I was pretty busy that day, so I asked if I could come in another time. He fit me in the very next day at 9 am and told me he could get 3 of his guys on my car and have me out before I had work at 12. Again, servicing their customers by accommodating their schedule and so I agreed to do that. He even gave me a military discount, because my father was a veteran. The next morning, I arrived at 9 and as promised, they began working on my car right away. Waiting for my car to get cleaned wasn't a hassle because the ladies at the desk were so nice, included me in their conversation, and kept me company. It took less than 2 hours for them to finish my car and when it was finished, it pretty much looked brand new. Their business is by far one of the most impressive ones I have been to, because they value their customers and try to accommodate them in every way possible. Ok so here it is. 1. They were not ready for me at 2:30. 2. He suggested wax but thats extra $70 so I said no. And the attitude towards me has changed. 3. Car was in there from 3 to 4:30 4. Rims where still dirty the only put tire shine on. So the oil from that mixed with rims dirt. 5. The bottom part of the car was dirty including the front bumper with bugs and stuff, like no one was bending down to clean there. 6. Black dots all over the car that can be wiped off with a wet towel but they said I need a wax for that....... 7. Wet water marks all over the entertainment unit buttons. 8. Bumper was still dirty from bugs and stuff, they said only wax will get that off. 9. When I started pointing these things out he got mad and said what did you expect for $40 dollars . All though it says in Groupon $39(for a value of $80). So he told me to keep the groupon and never comback again. The only thing that they did right are the windows and vacuming the seats and carpect. The rest is nonsense. I have always washed mu car myself and it costs me $20 tops with real attention to detail. This one time being lazy and wanted to get it done by someone else and such terrible experience. Came back home, got my bucket of soap and water, my towels for the car and finished the job withing 20min like it was nothing. This is not rocket science.... read more

I brought my Honda CR-V to Browns for an express detail. I have to say I was extremely impressed when my car was finished. They call it a wipe down but they definitely fooled me with the "wipe down" because my car looked like new inside and out and it hadn't been detailed in 6 months. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had a groupon and it just seemed like they didn't want to accept it. They flat out refused to detail my moms car without charging her an extra 250$ over the groupon price. That's insanity. Then, I figure I might as well detail my car to use up the groupon. I just bought my car two months ago, a 2017 Honda, it did not need to be detailed. it was perfectly fine and it had a little bit of dust on the window seal and that's it. They took a quick look at it and asked if I have a dog and I said no I told them that I had a cat. there is no obvious signs of pet hair in my car they said they wouldn't be able to do my Groupon and wanted to charge me an upcharge for pet hair. This car was spotless no issues except for a little bit of dust, it literally just rolled off the dealer lot two months ago, and they want to charge me extra on top of the $40 Groupon? no I don't think so absolutely not. Just picked up my BMW 335i from Brown's View. This was the first time I've ever had this or any car detailed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. One of the many things I like about my BMW is the high quality of the factory paint, which tends to last a very long time. But even the best paint will ultimately grow dull, and mine was just starting to lose its shine, so I requested the shop's top of the line "OMG" package and a high quality ceramic coating, and was quoted an incredibly reasonable package price. The owner personally handled my car, and left no details unaddressed. He took his time, starting at about 10 a.m. one day and working until 2:00 p.m. the next day. The paint is smooth as glass now, and should stay that way from several years with minimal maintenance. The car looks like new inside and out -- even the engine compartment! I went in anyway and found that the owner Mr. Brown was more than friendly and willing to work with me.
