I had a decent size dent within a dent in the back of my SUV, so with low expectations I called Chris, sent him a few pics and promptly got a return call. He stated that since I had some stretched metal and missing paint he wouldn't be able to fix it perfectly and suggested a body shop. I appreciated his honesty and asked if he'd give it a shot. So we made arrangements to meet at my office the next day and in 30min-45min he performed a miracle!
