The amount of experience and knowledge Nick has and shared was worth the price of admission. He gave us his recommendations on items we might want to address that would make the job the best it could be and save us the trouble of coming back because we didn't take the extra steps, no sales pitch, just the facts. He was so thorough that while he was leak checking the top he even found another issue in the back of the trunk that had nothing to do with the top and alerted us (to include a video of the issue). From soup to nuts he had the job covered and not only did a fantastic job but went above and beyond. His entire staff was also fantastic. The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing.
