My assumption is that these are just spam/phishing/aftermarket type mailings, but I reached out to the dealership to make sure the dealership properly reported the purchase to Toyota and that my warranty is active. No response. I called and was instantly put into their voicemail system...which disconnected me twice before I was able to leave a message. In the future, I would recommend going with a different dealership than Hall as they do not believe in supporting the customer AFTER you have given them your money. I will likely be doing any warranty work and maintenance with Checkered Flag as I no longer find Hall trustworthy.

She put on one heck of a presentation for the more esthetic parts of the warranty while not putting so much pressure on us that we felt like we were at a timeshare presentation. Lastly we worked with Sherard Bethea. He was the final stop on our long journed to get the Telluride in our hands. We were all tired, it was 9:30pm and it had been a day. Sharard joked with us, shared personal stories, and was kind and friendly all while being a tremendous salesperson. We really appreciated him at the end of the day. My brother since then purchased his car (Toyota Camry) from Chai Douanglee, and couldn't have been happier with the transaction. That was nearly 2 years ago, and the car has performed flawlessly since then. I've always been happy with their service, recently getting a leak in the SLK 230's transmission fixed ath the Va Beach Location. It was cheaper than I expected, and they had me in-and-out in about 80 minutes, getting started right at the scheduled drop-off time. They offered to shuttle me elsewhere if I needed it, but I opted to just wait there in their comfortable waiting room, and catch up on some paperwork. Joey, the service tech, was incredible polite both over-the-phone, and in person, and the service tech (who's name I forget now, but will update later), was also very polite and answered all the questions I had about the car's maintenance, and the service performed.

Often they would not call me back when they said they would. Needless to say, I do not advise trusting Firestone on Virginia Beach Blvd.

As soon as I walked into the office, I was happily greeted by Kristen and another worker. They both were extremely pleasant and personable. I was quoted a service time of about an hour and a half and was offered beverages while I wait, which was a very nice gesture. My state inspection was completed after an hour and a half, just as they quoted me. Kristen was very informative with the things they found during the inspection and with how amazing their customer service was, I would definitely return to get my car serviced with them. I was given a free car freshener once the service was complete and told them I would tell everyone I knew about the exceptional experience I had with their business. If you are looking for same-day inspections or in need of any car services, I highly recommend checking out 17th Street Automotive.

Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.
