Her work is always beautiful, consistent, and exactly how I want them every single time. She pays attention to detail, makes my lashes look full without feeling heavy, and they always last so well. What I also love about Vivian is how accommodating and reliable she is. She's usually available when I need an appointment and always makes the experience comfortable and relaxing. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. On the rare occasions Vivian has been out on vacation or unavailable, I've seen some of the other lash techs and they've also done a great job, which says a lot about the quality of this place overall. They spent 30 minutes trying to comb out the knot. The knot couldn't be combed out and they were going to cut it. The girl was sorry and we know it's an accident but something like that could have been prevented. Maybe comb the hair from the bottom first before blow drying it. It was disappointing that they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least not charge for the service.
