I've been here twice. The location is nice, it's well decorated and clean. Although there can be a language barrier with some of the staff, they are very friendly. I've had two treatments: Relaxing 75-minute head spa Relaxing 75-minute facial Both were very relaxing! I enjoyed the facial and head spa during my first visit, but during my second visit, my hair was kind of frizzy after the head spa. I think they maybe skipped the conditioner because it was very soft after my first time. I'm not sure what happened the second time, but the overall experience (massage, facial, etc.) was so relaxing that I won't take a star off for it. I requested the $100 package that included hair wash, shoulder-neck-arm and hand massage, and facial. It was my first time getting this service, and I really enjoyed it. I loved that I could just lay there and enjoy the soft serene music without chatting. I was able to just RELAX. I've been through a lot this month and I really needed that. Plus I brought a friend, and they even gave us a basic blow dry afterwards. It wasn't a blowout or anything, but it was nice not to leave with a wet head. It was everything I expected and more. The lady that worked on me never proactively told me what product she was using, its purpose or what she's about to do despite I asked and requested her to do so on multiple occasions. Language barrier was not an issue as she was able to speak in English when I talk to her. It was a very uncomfortable and annoying facial experience. Head spa was ok but water smelled like chlorine. She was very unfriendly and came off annoyed at my questions. Got to the point I gave up asking and I only asked 3 times for the whole duration. Worse facial experience and decent head spa. Van is the best!! I had such bad redness and dry skin the microneedling treatment helped make it disappear. She's meticulous and is gentle. I've experienced some eczema recently and though I've gotten ointments from dermatologists, it does not beat the results from Van's facials. I booked the 60 minute hair wash. I tried calling and no call back 2 days before I came in. I booked online the same day and I was confirmed via their online booking system. This was my first time doing a hair spa and facial. This was a gift from a coworker who came to this very location. I came early and was greeted. It was nicely decorated and welcomed in the front. I was escorted into a space separated by curtains. Not really private and felt a little uncomfortable undressing and putting a towel dress with my shoulders exposed for the massage. When dressing I noticed dust, ants, and a daddy long leg in the corner. My space was the first on the left. My overall experience was ok. I enjoyed the facial that had 5 different layers. I think I was most disappointed that I didn't get the machine operated head wash shower. This was not the experience advertised in the pictures on the website. The staff used a manual shower head. It was just a regular hair wash you usually get when you get your hair cut at a salon. Also, the basic blow dry did not have hair protectant. I felt like my scalp was super dry after the service. The head wash was equipped with a head massage, mini facial, and blow dry. I appreciated that there was no small talk, making this a perfect and enjoyable experience. The massages received were amazing. I appreciated how attentive and kind staff were - they provided excellent customer service and at all points were attentive and were gentle with my long hair. My partner and I truly enjoyed this experience. The salon is beautifully decorated. My only thing is that the experience is only enclosed by curtains so at one point I could hear a customer complaining abt her eyebrows and eyelashes, making it less enjoyable. I initially came here after doing much research on microblading and ombre brows and who had those offerings available near where we live. I came in December and my friends and we got hair wash packages (don't remember what package). Staff was super nice and the hair washing itself was relaxing, however when it came to the blow dry it did not go so well. For the blow dry they did not use any heat protectant, and while I understand it's a basic blow dry it would be my assumption they would use something to protect my hair. When leaving the salon our hair was really dry. If I were to come back I would probably leave with my hair wet next time. read more

Today was my second time going to V beauty. First time I went for a hair spa special they were doing and today I went for their facial promotion with my mom. I am pleased with the service both times I have gone. Staff has always greeted me and are always very friendly. The facials are always very relaxing and I love the little massages that are included. Staff has been very gentle with my face and my hair when it comes to the hair washes. At no point did the service ever feel rushed. This was my mom's first time getting any kind of spa treatment and she loved every bit of it. She noticed the difference in her face right after, as did I. She's already asking when can we come back. I got the #3 hair wash/facial/head, shoulder neck massage package. It was worth it for almost 90 minutes. The only thing was I guess I have a sensitive scalp and she was pretty rough with my hair despite telling her to be more gentle. There's a slight language barrier, but it was relaxing. They used a Vietnamese shampoo, and a hair scrub, which was extra. Also had a face mask on while getting hair washed. Next time I think i will do 60 minutes instead because 90 felt too long. But my hair felt lighter and smelled amazing after the Dyson blowout. I also saw the hair analysis before and after to compare results. read more

I was going to the same person for my lashes, facial and brows for the past 12 years. She has moved out of the state, and I was not even sure what I was going to do. Being with the same person that long, I am super picky about my lashes. Van was recommended from a friend, and I decided to give her a try. I figured if I didn't like her, I can keep searching. I told her I wanted volume lashes since that is what I had in the past, and let her do her thing. For the first appt, I didn't want to give too much guidance and can always adjust afterwards. It came out great, but too voluminous then what I was use to. Came back a 2nd time and told her less volume, and they came out exactly how I wanted. Love my lashes. Then I gave their facials a try with Lee. He is amazing! This man really puts in the work during my extractions. I see him every 2 weeks and after the 2nd facial, there has been less breakouts. Super duper cute little place. It has a very clean and open feel as you walk in. They have three tables where the eyelash extensions are done. There is a small little area with chips and water. The owner, I think her name is Van, is really nice and very sweet. My sister has been coming to this place for over a year, and I finally came to give them a try. She loves this place, and if she used yelp she would have given them a 5 star review already. The owner here is an expert at eyelashes and she even teaches other people, so they can go out and do lashes as well. The owner doesn't really do the lashes herself, because she says she usually focuses on the eyebrows and she trains other people to do them. The lady who did my lashes was Ngoc and she was very nice, sweet, and gentle. She did take her time, so it took a little longer than average, but I think I fell asleep at one point, so it was okay. I do have to say that the classic here is still pretty thick. I like my lashes to look very very natural, so it was a little thick for me, but everyone else would have loved it and I did get a lot of compliments. The length I did this time was a 10, 11, and 12, but next time I will probably get 9, 10, and 11 and ask for a lot less lashes. I really like this place! read more
