I originally booked an acne facial, but after taking a close look at my skin, Cindy recommended that a congested skin facial paired with microdermabrasion would be a better fit. I really appreciated that she customized the treatment based on what my skin actually needed instead of just sticking with what I had booked. She was so thorough and took her time with my facial. She removed an incredible amount of blackheads and whiteheads, and I never felt rushed. Throughout the appointment, she explained what she was doing, answered all of my questions, and gave me personalized recommendations for how to care for my skin between appointments. I know one facial isn't going to fix years of congestion, but my skin already feels so much cleaner and refreshed, and I left feeling like I had a plan moving forward. Cindy is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about helping her clients achieve healthy skin. I'm looking forward to continuing my skincare journey with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely wants the best for your skin!

Mimi was able to help me by creating a regimen full of skin care products that I never had previously, and yes you HAVE to be consistent. She never once poked my skin using a needle or any rough tool to extract anything that will leave a mark. She is so gentle. My skin feels fresh and moisturized each and everyday. My skin with makeup application feels so much better. I received so many compliments about the glow of my skin & how clear it looks! My overall goal was to use less makeup (foundation) coverage and only acquire concealer for small corrections .. and, of course, my cream blush. Thanks to Mimi, my goal was achieved. More often I'd rather go with concealer instead of foundation just because my skin looks so good without it! Ladies, if this is the goal you're looking for, I promise you won't regret it. The cost is worth it all. Thank you Mimi for being part of my journey towards regaining my confidence back & embracing the skin God has created for me to love. Definitely will be a long time client.

She gives firm and clear advice on consistency of skincare, which is something I was too lax on. And the new AM/PM routine really started to show results after daily consistent use around month 3. My skin is way better now, and has far less active breakouts and congestion than where I started from. When breakouts do happen, they are individual small pimples and not clusters of breakouts. So they go away on their own much faster. It's a relief to have clear skin again, thanks MeMe!

Rushed 20-minute treatment with aggressive upselling and questionable hygiene…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a $120 acne treatment online, expecting a normal acne/facial treatment. Within the first few minutes of arriving, the staff started talking about how their treatment works best only if I also use their own products. When I asked about the price, I was told the products were over $300, which already made me feel uncomfortable. What bothered me even more was that they said the treatment would include a TCA 5% peel, and that I basically had to purchase their sunscreen for $50 because other sunscreens would not be good enough. This felt like a forced upsell before the actual service even started. The treatment itself was very rushed and underwhelming. The process was basically a quick cleanse, applying the TCA 5% peel, some extractions with a comedone/extraction tool, and then about 10 minutes under an LED light. The extractions were not thorough at all, and honestly did not feel professionally done. I also did not see a clear sterilization process for the tool, and at one point the tool seemed to touch the treatment bed/linen area, which made me concerned about hygiene. The entire treatment was only around 20 minutes from start to finish. For a $120 acne treatment, this felt extremely rushed, careless, and not worth the price. I have been getting facials and acne treatments for years, and I know my own skin well. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are uncomfortable with aggressive product upselling, unclear hygiene practices, or very short and rushed services.

I had my regular appointment with her on election day. With the normal chit chat, the subject of the election came up simply because of what day it was. Apparently, I am no longer a client after she posted on FB calling her political opponents "to go to hell" and if you voted opposite of her "you are no longer my client"!! WHAT??!! I was in complete shock! I texted her today about booking my next appointment and if she was serious about her post and turning away clients and she replied, "sorry, ya". WOW!! Utterly and completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm having a real hard time understanding her thought process and division with her clients over an election. It's her right, yes, to refuse service to someone, but this is ridiculous! She is young in life and in BUSINESS. It's really too bad, because she not only lost me as a loyal client but will lose many others, as well.
