The next day, after receiving an email asking for a review, I reached out directly to the owner (who was also the one who did my facial) to express how disappointed I was in the length and the quality of the service - less than 45 minutes and 15 minutes of that time I laid there with a mask on. Instead of acknowledging my concern or offering an apology, she insisted that I came early and that the facial was "exactly one hour," which is simply not true. I responded that I had proof -- including my meter receipt from down the block at 5:16 PM and my payment receipt from their business at 6:12 PM -- clearly showing the total time spent was under an hour. She was dismissive and mentioned she had already given me a 10% discount, but that was just their standard first-time customer promo and had nothing to do with this issue.
