I called and spoke to someone in their Customer Service Dept. She was really nice and helpful. When I found out my Urban Outfitters package was being shipped with them, I called and told them I wanted the driver to call me before he dropped off my package. She made sure he did that. I made him verify the address before he left the package. Then someone else from customer service called to make sure I received my package. They're trying. *The package they lost before (from Amazon) was delivered to my neighbor's house. I guess the driver just picked any house on my street to leave the package. Scrub.* read more

Funny thing is I was in the driveway during that time to leave and there was not a soul in sight. Also, there was NO photo of the item being delivered. Of course we did our due diligence looking for it, to no avail. In contacting LaserShip/OnTrac I couldn't speak to a person but I would receive an email within 48 hours. After 48 hrs after I wrote to them inquiring about it. They sent me a generic email stating we completed our investigation and our system showed it was delivered. This is the absolute worst delivery service, if you can even call it service. One package was left 1/10 of a mile away down by the main road, propped against a tree. The tracking said it was left at "shipping dock" which I don't have since I live in a residential home. Another package was left in front of the garage door in the rain and it was run over and dragged under the tire of my husband's car when he pulled out. Another was "left at locker" and was never found. The drivers are so lazy! They have one job-deliver a package on time to the front door, but they can't seem to pull it off ever. Well, I guess I am on the same bandwagon as all others. iHerb keeps using this wretched company for deliveries. I'm sure its cheap for them, but terrible for your customers! Terrible company. You can barely get the information to contact them. You are put on hold while the menu repeats again and again. It is horrible. My package was supposed to be delivered today but it says "exception". I am not in a gate community. It's a safe area and Amazon drops packages every day! Why couldn't they deliver my package? STOP LYING ABOUT THE DELIVERY. Lasership always lies about the delivery. They updated the shipping status as "delivered" and end up with delaying or even losing your package. Even if you lost our packages, at least be honest and not to causing more trouble for us. Every time I'll need to spend all day waiting for the expected delivery and receive nothing at the end of the day then wait more days to see if there's just a delay and finally realize my package was lost and have to spend more time contacting the customer service. I'm so sad to hear this company is from my hometown Vienna, Va! Every time I get something shipped by LaserShip (from Plated, Blue Apron, and Amazon) something goes wrong. This time, Amazon notified me that I needed to contact the carrier to resolve the delivery issue. After kindly explaining to the LaserShip customer service representative that this has been an issue before but some couriers have been able to gain access to my apartment's package room, I thought we would troubleshoot the problem together since it is recurring. Instead, she ignored my explanation and simply angrily said "WELL HOW CAN WE GET YOU THIS PACKAGE THEN?" To which I replied, "I just explained that I can get you through the front gate but LaserShip needs to get an access code to the package room from the apartment, all the couriers have one." This made her very angry I guess and she just kept aggressively saying that they don't have the code and how can they deliver the package today. I stopped her and asked why she was getting upset with me and raising her voice? She then yelled, "MA'AM I AM NOT RAISING MY VOICE," (haha the irony was unreal). I asked to speak with a manager, she immediately said none were available at the moment, I said I'd hold, she said she couldn't let me hold (angrily, of course). I just reiterated that I didn't know what I did to upset her and she yelled at me again I can't remember about what and I said "Okay, well I expect a call from your manager toda-" "GOODBYE MA'AM" and then she hung up on me mid-sentence. "The Ghost" The box never arrives. It may have disappeared into thin air, perhaps as part of the classic Craig T. Nelson version of Poltergeist. "I'm Here, But Not Really" Amazon says it is delivered. The internet says it is delivered. The internet even says someone signed for it. There is, however, no package to be found. It may show up hours later, generally without the need for any signature at all. "The Delay" Processing, forever. Shipment delays, forever. Why? We may never know. "The Unicorn" The box arrives on time, still nicely sealed. Items ordered can be enjoyed on time. I can count these experiences on one hand, and am genuinely surprised each time this happens. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. There is a reason that they have a 1 star rating. Any time I've had items shipped through laser ship they say "unable to gain access" even though we have a concierge 24/7 who would gladly let anyone in with a delivery. We never have problems with any other shipping company. It is also a bigger problem because the items we've had shipped through them is food, meaning it's perishable, so we never receive it in time to actually consume it. Negative stars. I do not understand why reputable companies use LaserShip. In fact, I now refuse to do any business with companies that do use this horrible shipping company. Why? Because, as a shipping company, it's supposed to delivery packages. It does not do the ONE thing it bases its entire business on. My most recent package was shipped via LaserShip, and was supposed to arrive a few days ago. They "attempted delivery" but failed because they required "additional information." You just need my address, which you have, and nothing else. No gate code, no combination, no anything. It's a standalone house for godssake. Also, I was home all day and never saw anyone come by to attempt delivery. Same thing happened the next day. Same attempted (but really not attempted) delivery, same "additional information required." I contacted them, and they said they probably needed a gate code. THERE IS NO GATE CODE OR ANYTHING. And then the third day, they didn't even bother trying to attempt delivery. Instead, they "lost" my package. It was a package from Sephora, and I'm 99% sure someone "lost" it in their own house. Don't know where my last review went, but I will HAPPILY write another. If someone is using Lasership as a provider, CANCEL. DO NOT USE. I have had 2 packages go missing through this company in a matter of 2 weeks. Initially, I ordered almost $100 of shoes through JustFab. Never had an issue with shipping b/c they never used LaserShip. According to them, my shoes were delivered to my door and I signed off on the package. The signature? A BS loop. I never signed for anything. I live in an apartment, so did you go to the wrong door and hand off my stuff? There are massive numbers indicating which apartment is whose. I emailed customer service, and Mikolaj said their "investigation" concluded and they found no issue and I need to contact the seller. EXCUSE ME? I emailed back, no response. After I posted my 1st review, LaserShip responded and told me to send an email to their supervisors. I emailed last Tuesday and have received no response. JustFab reshipped my shoes. I left instructions on Lasership.com for the delivery person to leave my package in the secure locker literally next to the front door of the lobby. Parcel Pending is not a new locker company...it's everywhere. AGAIN, it says that my package was delivered but left in the lobby. We don't have a doorman or front desk. Did the driver steal my package again or did they just leave my stuff on the floor next to the locker? I call customer service this time and they're doing another "investigation" and speaking with the delivery person. Fire whoever you have making deliveries b/c it's apparently too hard to put boxes where they belong. Fire whoever oversees them b/c it isn't being fixed. Well I live in an apartment and sometime they dropped my packages at the front door of the building instead of my door and sometime I found my packages in front of my neighbor's door. And they lost my packages once. This time was even worse. I couldn't find my package after it showed 'delivered'. So I went to leasing office to ask if they found it. Luckily a guy in the leasing office said he saw a package in front of the door of his building which is next to mine. I went there and guess what, yes it was mine. Lasership, Inc did not deliver my package. The independent contractor hired to perform this task has taken my package. We had a snowstorm today and there was but one set of footprints to and from my porch at the time of the alleged delivery. In the picture uploaded by Lasership, the package was nowhere near my front door or doorbell. No one rang the doorbell although our cars were parked in the driveway. This " Independent Contractor" simply placed my package on my porch, took a picture then stole it for themselves! From now on, if any online merchant states it ships with LaserShip, I will not make a purchase. I will just order online for store pickup or on Amazon to deliver to a Locker. I have never heard of this shipping company "ever" and my very first package was delivered to a house with a totally different house number on it (delivery picture included). I am really more disappointed in the company I ordered from because is this even a real shipping company and why not use one of the more reputable companies such as USP, FedEX etc. The horror continues... Updating my review from 1 to 5 stars because of my experience with LaserShip driver, Marcus Cunningham! He went above and beyond today and I am so thankful for it. Background: I am heavily pregnant and in the middle of a kitchen remodel and we were relying on our Freshly order to get us through dinner all week. The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but due to snow it was postponed. I called the facility to let them know the package was time sensitive and would be trash if it didn't arrive today. The warehouse manager told me they would mark it as damaged and I would get my money back because it didn't look like it would make it today. I was really disappointed because I didn't care about the money, I needed the meals. It took me 2.5 weeks just to get this delivery date and I didn't want to go another week of eating out. Marcus was my driver and personally called my cell to let me know where he was at. He let me know the weather was bad and wasn't sure if he would make it but he would try his best. Then he proceeded to make our delivery his next priority. He was at my house in a matter of 20 minutes and risked his life in the snow to make sure the package got to me. When he arrived, I didn't realize that these drivers use their personal vehicles. I thought they would be in trucks so I can imagine why he was so concerned about driving in the snow. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the customer service that he provided and his commitment to getting my package to me in a timely manner. Honestly, he deserves a raise! LaserShip needs more drivers like Marcus (especially after reading some of the reviews on here). Sephora packages have a tendency to go missing with this company. Twice they've marked my package as being delivered, and twice there was nothing left. When the second delivery attempt was made, I was home, and received a text saying that it was delivered. There was no activity on any cameras, and no description of the exact location where the package was left (front door, porch etc). I don't know if they misplaced it, or a driver/ worker absconded with it. To claim that it was dropped off is extremely dishonest, and I will file a BBB complaint if I this happens a third time. read more

This is the worst shipping company'. I have had two packages delivered to houses that weren't mine. I live in Georgia and had one delivered to New Jersey. Plus, you can never talk to a person for help. I have done the online instructions for contacting them for wrong house delivery and NEVER hear back other than they are looking into it. I order from Butcher Box and Thrive market regularly and received my packages on time, then Lasership began delivering for them. I had 3 orders in a row from Butcher Box "disappear" in lasership's facility in Chantilly va. I tracked this package each time right to their facility, called them (that number now no longer works) the woman I spoke with confirmed it arrive but was no longer there...what a mystery that a box clearly marked "Butchers Box" disappeared. I finally cancelled butchers box (they have really good products by the way) and explained to them the issue. They essentially lost almost 800 bucks worth of meat in one facility (I got my money back). I had 3 orders from Thrive market not arrive either but it was from clear incompetence, After numerous complaints to Thrive market I did receive all 3 orders (they were actually the same order repeatedly sent) and found out from the driver that the driveway looked dangerous....it's literally a gravel drive way the UPS guy drives on in reverse. These guys suck, if you use a company that uses them you should at least inform them that they suck. I'd rather pay more for shipping and actually receive my package. read more
