The only reason I come here for tattoo removal and Botox is because they offer financing with 0% APR for up to 24 months, otherwise I cannot afford it anywhere else. But if I did have money, I would NEVER come here. Their tattoo removal machine breaks down regularly. They cancel my tattoo removal appointments sometimes just hours before my actual appointment. When they do get it fixed and reschedule me, I'm not for many weeks after. Each time I get a different tattoo removal technique and technician, there is zero consistency. Same is for Botox and lip filler. Each time is a new injector, with a different technique, they use a different amount of units and inject different areas. There is zero consistency. I try booking with the same injector by requesting the same name, but the turnover is super high! They quit and never stay there longer than what seems to be 6-9 months or so. I've been coming here for about 3 years. And they all quit. They have crappy machines and don't even offer anything good like Skin Spirit does, or Pacific Dermatology or any other competitive plastic surgeons in Kirkland, Seattle, and Bellevue. Like I said the ONLY reason people come here is because they offer such insane 0% APR payment plans and discounts. No other office does this that I've seen, otherwise NO ONE would come here. They don't have Fraxel, CO2, Morpheus 8, HALO, BBL, and SO many other much needed treatments a normal place would offer. They don't even sell good medical grade skincare, they have some bootleg laser away house brand. I went to Dr. Larabee when I saved some money for Morpheus 8, and told them their thermage doesn't even offer ocular shields to target the eyes, and he said it was because they are wildly unqualified to do that. AND, they aren't even allowed to inject Botox and filler into SO many areas! I tried to get Botox on my DAO muscles and they said they aren't allowed to inject here! Haha! You will NOT get the full whole treatment you need for your entire face to be treated. It's horrific. Like I said, the only reason I come here is because I can't afford a good place. I have a gummy smile and I wanted to try a lip flip to see if it'll help with that. Just got it done today with Nurse Taylor at the University Village location. It went really quick and definitely hurt a bit but afterwards the pain went away. I thought she would use a makeup wipe to remove some sunscreen and makeup I had around the mouth area before using an alcohol wipe, but she just used the alcohol wipe which was okay I guess. Aside from that, she anwered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I got 4 units of Xeomin for $48 and I haven't seen any results yet, but I should see some results in the next week or so and will make an update. UPDATE: Went from a 4 star to a 1 star. My botox lip flip lasted like 1 week. I also got lip injections (1mL syringe) in order to even out my lips because one side was smaller than the other, but my results isn't symmetric. Instead, I got a lip pocket because my first nurse (Taylor) filled in my lip fold or whatever it was that my second nurse (Simran) explained to me because I have asian lips... Fast forward to a month later or so and when I smile, I can still see the protrusions from the injection sites where the needle was inserted. It just isn't 100% even and I am left with bumps that won't go away even after massaging it with a warm compress. I'm afraid in order to resolve this issue they'll make me dissolve the filler and pay another $700 to get it redone to make me satisfied with the results. Since it's a corporate issue I am posting at all locations to try and save you your time and money. I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at LaserAway. After spending around $3,000 on treatments for my legs, bikini, and underarms, completing every session in my package, and diligently following all the guidelines and aftercare instructions, I saw absolutely ZERO results. When I voiced my concerns the girls at the location were very kind and helpful, however, because the tech saw how much hair I still had, it has to be sent to corporate. Corporate reached out and instead of addressing the complete lack of outcome or offering any kind of solution, they tried to SELL me MORE packages!! What they don't tell you upfront is that their packages are designed to keep you coming back, making you believe that once you finish, you'll only need one or two "maintenance" sessions. It's clear they DO NOT guarantee results and don't stand behind their services, which is infuriating after such a large investment. The lack of transparency and care isn't worth spending another penny on this company. I would NOT recommend LaserAway for any of your laser hair removal needs. read more

Laser Away had my original review removed by a moderator because it wasn't clear that this was my "finished experience" with them. The interaction IS FINISHED. They aren't fulling packages and aren't reimbursing funds. The interaction has run its course other than holding them accountable via other legal entities. Naturally, she requested her money back as she paid for a service they weren't able to fulfill. Amazing staff. Very welcoming and clean and beautiful bright space. I feel like I'm friends with the staff as they always catch up with me and my life. Coffee and water is always offered. I've been in the process of getting a tattoo removed and they have been wonderful. Very honest and open with me about the process. I also just got lip filler for the first time ever and chose them because they pride themselves on being conservative when it comes to fillers. The process was amazing and I am obsessed! My last appointment I received botox for the 2nd time but 1st time in Seattle. It was easy and seamless and just an all around great and easy experience. I've had a great experience with LaserAway so far, though notably laser hair removal is a long process. Requested a quote via the website & received a call from a rep within minutes. While the time from quote to commitment/payment was rather accelerated, the pricing, process, and expectations were very transparent; all my questions (and I had *so many* questions) were answered truthfully & openly. I just went for my first appointment at the Seattle location, and you could not find a friendlier, more welcoming staff. Everyone was so kind and reassuring. I would give 0 stars if I could. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with their service. After waiting 6 weeks for my appointment, they canceled it just one day before -- and didn't even bother to call me. They only sent a text message and expected me to call them myself. And it happened 2 times for me already. As a working mom, my time is precious, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The least they could have done was personally call me, apologize, and help reschedule another appointment. Very poor customer service and a terrible overall experience. I have a has a great experience with LaserAway. They have many different options to fit your needs and budget. I highly recommend the premium membership because you get a lot of awesome perks and get tons of points to use for other services. My only issue is that they book up very quickly! If you have to reschedule an appointment less than 2-3 weeks before, you'll have to reschedule for weeks after your original appointment. So know what appointment time will work for you for sure, or reschedule at least a month in advance. Otherwise, the staff is so friendly and helpful at every appointment. I found this place because my friend is an injector at their location in CA, and I'm ecstatic it's only 45 mins drive for me! I've been here for bay first Botox experience (and now going back for my second!) and also for my first lip injection. They all were so kind and welcoming. I've had two different injectors and both made me feel safe, and gave recommendations. What attracted me to Laser Away is that my friend Mandy, who is the injector in CA location said they are known for a more natural look. And that's exactly what I got. Great experience so far, been getting laser for a few sessions now and everyone I have seen has been very knowledgeable, fast, experienced, efficient and made the process (which can be painful at times) extremely easy. All the technicians are also RNs so I feel like I am in very good hands. I had my first appointment today for laser hair removal! Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the nurse but she's an angel! Super patient and and caring. The procedure itself was definitely not what I was thinking, it was super fast (legs/brazilian/armpit) and it didn't hurt at all. My skin is very sensitive and my hair is very dark and thick.
