After a Sculptra laser treatment, I was told it was safe to return 11 days later for a HydraFacial. During that visit, the esthetician upsold me on a 20% salicylic acid peel and red light therapy. The moment it was applied, my face started burning intensely and had to be neutralized multiple times. Despite being told peeling wouldn't happen, my skin peeled badly and I was left with visible burn marks and discoloration. A dermatologist later confirmed that combining these treatments so close together is not considered safe (even a quick google search or chatgpt search will say its UNSAFE) When I asked for a refund on my remaining balance (I was sold a laser/hydrafacial package), the clinic refused to consider it unless I came back to be evaluated by their dermatologist -- after they already injured me. They stalled, passed the issue around, and took zero accountability. They're happy to upsell aggressive treatments, but when something goes wrong, you're on your own. Protect your face and go elsewhere. I still have multiple treatments outstanding that I already paid for that I will not be getting.

About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so.

I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. I felt completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Her right hand woman, Nurse Jahna was also amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating, even when I had some last minute changes and she worked so seamlessly with Dr. Reyrao. You could genuinely see how well they work together. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. And trust me I notice. I've basically done every treatment/technology that comes through here at this point. But what makes this place different is that I have never felt like a number or like someone they're just trying to sell another package to. They treat me like an actual human being. They listen. They remember things. They care about how I'm doing. And there's a genuine level of trust that has been built over time. Noemi, I hope you know how much that means. You've created an environment where people can come in wanting to look better, but they also leave feeling cared for, reassured and valued. That says so much about the kind of person you are and the culture you've created around you.I can't say the same for other MedSpas that I've visited. I've had several laser hair removal treatments (I'm one of the lucky people with extremely stubborn hairs and a lot of them). I haven't had to do any touch ups and it's been over 8 years since I've finished treatments. I've been receiving tattoo removal treatments for a couple of years now (not nearly as consistently as I should though)! The two that she has been treating have faded considerably. Both were very old and very dark and I didn't have much hope that they would lighten very much. Boy was I wrong. They have faded so much that some of the line work has disappeared completely. Initially I went into it just hoping that she could lighten them up enough to have coverup pieces done over them. At this rate, they might actually be completely removed! Amazing. Today I just received my first IPL session to correct redness and some melasma. I expected it to be uncomfortable (it was not at all). She prepared me that it may feel like a minor sunburn afterwards and I may notice some redness and swelling. It's been several hours and I haven't experienced any of those things. Siobhan is basically magical at what she does. All of these treatments are an investment for sure, but laser treatments are definitely not where you want to skimp. ALCOS is competitively priced and I wouldn't go anywhere else. These women know what they are doing and are always professional and knowledgeable in every treatment that they offer.

The provider determined I would not be a good candidate prior to treatment. To my dismay, I learned this clinic attempted to charge me an $85 cancellation fee for not following through with their "treatment" (extremely predatory practice, especially since I said I'd contact my dermatologist for medical advice before moving forward with any treatments). Seattle Aesthetic Laser is trying to falsely claim I "cancelled" my appointment, or didn't show up, when nothing could be further from the truth. I engaged in extensive consultative dialogue with the provider spanning the course of DAYS. The only way I could get out of the cancellation fee is by agreeing to a different form of treatment their clinic offers (surprise, surprise). Obviously, I told my card issuer to reject the charge as fraudulent, but on principle, a respectable clinic would never treat patients this way or try this scam.
