But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

From the very first phone call, Brad was responsive and promptly returned my call. When he came out to assess my home and provide an estimate, he took the time to thoroughly educate me on my water quality and the available solutions. I left that visit feeling much more informed and confident in my decision-making. After comparing a couple of other quotes, I decided to go with Pro Water Solutions--and I'm glad I did. Brad's knowledge really stood out. He tested my water, along with the bottled and filtered water we had been using, and the results were honestly shocking. Installation was scheduled and completed in less than a week after I gave the go-ahead. Daniel, the installer, was excellent--professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything fit perfectly. He also walked me through the entire system and made sure I understood how to use it. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I didn't really know what to expect of this place, but a friend had recently "introduced" me to water store water, and after having drunk mostly Brita filtered water at home, and the occasional Arrowhead, Crystal Geyser, or Costco bottled water when needed, her water was so much more crisp and clean-tasting, more Smart Water than Dasani (which I believe is universally despised). So I went over there, a small shop with two automated water dispensers outside built into the wall, and inside, different sized water bottles and a counter-area on the right with various types of water. The man working there was curt but professional. I was clearly a newbie and eventually settled on a 5-gallon water bottle that was around $26, as well as a pump also about $26, and he filled my bottle with the reverse osmosis water which was $0.50/gallon. The 5-gallon water bottle was one of two more expensive ones which he said would last some 10 years, and the pump was very easy to install and negated the need of a separate dispenser with a spigot to drink out of. I've since gone two other times using the automated dispenser outside. It takes both cash and card, but there is something like a $0.75 upcharge for using credit, and I believe the machine only takes $1 bills so bring 1's.
