Go for the premium fresh water, stay for the friendly service! My fiancé and I have just moved into the area and still need to set up our water system at our house, so we were on the lookout for a new water refill store. Lucky for us, Waterfount is just down the street from us! They are open till 7 PM so we can always swing by after work on a weekday when we are running low on water, which is perfect. I am one of those people who have the special skill of tasting particular water, and believe me, the water here is fresh and great-tasting! They have different types of water but we just get the filtered one with reverse osmosis and it always tastes great. They are a family-owned business and provide the best service around. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the plaza. I usually go into the store to refill my water, but they also have self-serve fountains outside open all hours 24/7. We bring our own gallon bottles, and they always power wash it for you there before they fill up it up for you. They have carts here to wheel the gallons to the car in case you need it, but I always have my trusty fiancé with me most of the time, so he carries it, and I just support where I am needed, haha! Good place to get great water. Attendants are very friendly and helpful. They wash the bottles to make sure they're clean before refilling. I found their prices well below other water establishments that don't even go the "extra mile" to make sure their customers are happy with the service and prices. I will continue to go to Waterfount for all my drinking water use. Good trustworthy store and owners. read more

I had to find a new water store after the Eaton fire and have been very happy with Waterfount so far. The store is very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the water has been excellent quality. I refill two 5-gallon jugs weekly with regular purified water. Prices here are minimally higher than others in the area (only by $0.50) but the water quality here has been great so I don't mind. The water from the first water shop I went to often had a moldy smell and taste to it and they weren't as clean. So I found a better shop in Altadena that I frequented for years and never had that issue so I was hopeful to find another excellent and clean water source - so far I haven't had any of those issues here at Waterfount. The water always smells and tastes great! They're located in the plaza with Grocery Outlet so there's plenty of parking. They have a couple of large carts for you to wheel the jugs to your car too which is helpful. They offer different types of water filtration and also have 3 large self serve fountains outside open 24/7. read more

Great customer service and value for both water and delivery. We were in need for a new water delivery service. We had been with a big name company for a while, but their customer service, prices and delivery were not as good as years past. My husband found this company in the same city we lived.
