We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

(race doesn't matter at all to us) and neither of us EVER had any complaints or problems at this store. In fact, (I am in a wheelchair) the guy that always helps us is SUPER NICE. He always helps me load my van with water. What I think is, generally IF you treat a person with respect and particularly if you are nice and have a nice tone of voice and facial expressions, you will usually get great service. Probably that person below was irritated that the machine took his money, and he or she had some sort of aggressive disposition manifested to the guy who was already helping someone. Folks, you have to wait your turn. My parents taught me that when I was FOUR. And no one likes to be snarled at. I don't even like it when pet dogs do that to me at peoples' homes. (Case in point - a little snarling Chihuahua lol) I will say another good thing about this store. One time when I was there buying a lot of water, when I went to pay, my card was declined. I didn't have enough cash money on me to pay, so he told me to pay him next time. How nice! You don't see that very often, particularly if your debit card is declined. :) So I went out of my way to come back that day and pay him what I owed him. He looked happy and surprised (lol) when I returned with the money. What's my point? It is this. I have NEVER had a problem at this store and we come frequently. Even the CUSTOMERS there are nice and offer to help me with my carts. The wheelchair probably has a lot to do with all that, but still, people, please think twice before you rag on a business here on yelp for next to nothing. People read these reviews and it DOES affect a business's livelihood. Everybody seems to want to get even now days and many times this is sometimes true because of little, trivial things. But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

She also told me to use my time while waiting online to multitask and use a different phone for conference calls. This is not ethical. I cannot explain how grateful I am to have found a place where I felt so safe and comfortable leaving my child as a first time parent/working mom. Ms. Hema cared for the infants as if they were her own, and we still keep in touch with updates on the kids even though she is no longer at the school. My son has learned so much as he's transitioned through the various classrooms and is leaving with so much more knowledge, kindness, and skills to navigate life, than I could have imagined. Ms. Melani, Ms. Daisy, Ms. Kaushi and all of the Wee Care staff - you all have made such a lasting impact on our family! And Ms. Haydee of the Owls Class... she is truly a gem with a heart of gold. I trust the staff completely and appreciate them more than I can say.
