Lucky for us, Waterfount is just down the street from us! They are open till 7 PM so we can always swing by after work on a weekday when we are running low on water, which is perfect. I am one of those people who have the special skill of tasting particular water, and believe me, the water here is fresh and great-tasting! They have different types of water but we just get the filtered one with reverse osmosis and it always tastes great. They are a family-owned business and provide the best service around. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the plaza. I usually go into the store to refill my water, but they also have self-serve fountains outside open all hours 24/7. We bring our own gallon bottles, and they always power wash it for you there before they fill up it up for you. They have carts here to wheel the gallons to the car in case you need it, but I always have my trusty fiancé with me most of the time, so he carries it, and I just support where I am needed, haha! (race doesn't matter at all to us) and neither of us EVER had any complaints or problems at this store. In fact, (I am in a wheelchair) the guy that always helps us is SUPER NICE. He always helps me load my van with water. What I think is, generally IF you treat a person with respect and particularly if you are nice and have a nice tone of voice and facial expressions, you will usually get great service. Probably that person below was irritated that the machine took his money, and he or she had some sort of aggressive disposition manifested to the guy who was already helping someone. Folks, you have to wait your turn. My parents taught me that when I was FOUR. And no one likes to be snarled at. I don't even like it when pet dogs do that to me at peoples' homes. (Case in point - a little snarling Chihuahua lol) I will say another good thing about this store. One time when I was there buying a lot of water, when I went to pay, my card was declined. I didn't have enough cash money on me to pay, so he told me to pay him next time. How nice! You don't see that very often, particularly if your debit card is declined. :) So I went out of my way to come back that day and pay him what I owed him. He looked happy and surprised (lol) when I returned with the money. What's my point? It is this. I have NEVER had a problem at this store and we come frequently. Even the CUSTOMERS there are nice and offer to help me with my carts. The wheelchair probably has a lot to do with all that, but still, people, please think twice before you rag on a business here on yelp for next to nothing. People read these reviews and it DOES affect a business's livelihood. Everybody seems to want to get even now days and many times this is sometimes true because of little, trivial things.
