It's been about 9 months since I've been dealing with them, and it's safe to say I have a pretty good idea on how they do business and treat their customers. First off, the owner I think, King his name, flipping WONDERFUL! My first couple of deliveries came from him and it's just great ! Always on time, and whenever I had an issue, whether it be with the cooler , or with the bottle, he would remedy the issue right away!( +1 for customer service). Plus on occasion, I'd get free bottle here and there. Second, compared to other big name companies, their pricing is honestly pretty competitive, plus it makes me feel better knowing that I'm supporting and "mom and pop" company. Third, prior to subscribing to them, I used to reuse my same bottle and go refill it myself at whichever local water store I came across. Aside from being lazy to continue picking up the water myself, one day when I removed my bottle, I peaked in my cooler and noticed that there was green nasty MOSS growing in there ! A cooler that I've only had for about 2-3months ! So all this time I've been drinking moss water ! Which leads me to my point.. I read somewhere online that the local water shops don't really clean their filters or whatever , which is why the moss grow...well.. I've been with Privé for 9 months now and my cooler is still squeaky clean !! ( first cooler got replaced almost right away , probably a defect with that one, but I've been using my second cooler ever since with no issues !) All in all, great damn company . Water tastes like clean filtered water, but I mainly am subscribed with them because of their customer service !! FIVE STARS !!!

The owner Will has been so accommodating, and truly has the exceptional customer service mentality that you rarely experience. I thoroughly believe that he treats his customers just as he would want his family to be treated, and it has been a breath of fresh air. We left our old water delivery service over a year ago after numerous issues and our only regret is that we waited too long to make the switch to Pebble Spring! But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. [Parking]: Parking was easy and free. [Price]: Alkaline water = $1.25 per gallon and reverse osmosis water = $0.40 per gallon. Just for comparison purposes, a water store in the South Bay sells alkaline water = $2 per gallon.
