The owner has always been kind and easy to work with, and every technician we've had has been respectful and professional. One thing that really stood out to me recently was when we got a new puppy. A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. That kind of accountability says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they've built. As for the actual pest control--they do a great job. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I get pest control companies knocking on my door all the time trying to earn my business, and I never even consider switching. A couple of guys had said they couldn't do it, and another was very brusque in his responses. Justin was thorough and polite! He came by today, was super punctual, and tackled the problem right away. After calling a few pros, we decided to go with Pal Pro pest control because of their honesty and professionalism during inspection. As an engineer, I am very keen to know technical details and the inspector was able to respond to my questions with confidence and a deep understanding of the problems. The treatment that we got at the time involved injection of termite stuff (likely termidor) around perimeter of home into the soil. This involved some drilling and injecting in areas near the perimeter of the foundation. About 1 year after treatment we saw some new subterranean termite activity. We called pal pest pro and they came out under warranty and reassessed the situation. We did some spot treatment but had some discussions about how we thought the problem may be deeper than anticipated. We decided to remove some of our LVP to investigate and we discovered some massive termite activity in our original hardwood flooring that was below the vinyl planks. We decided to remove all of our hardwood flooring and get the areas treated. It was a painful process but our termite team really helped make the treatment part easier. It's been a few months and we haven't seen any new activity. Only time will tell but I feel like we got to the root of the problem! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They care about solving the problems and will honor their warranty in the event of any future issues. The treatment of subterranean termites is part technical approach, part dark arts and I feel like these guys got it all!

Machines would stop, overload with water or just breakdown in the middle of use. I started going to a different local laundromat, but today I just didn't feel like making the drive and decided to come here. I figured it's just one load what I could go wrong? Well, I put my clothes in and water started pouring from the unit. It was a large unit so it was about four dollars. Not only did I lose my money, but I created a big mess, and now I have to take all of my clothes to another laundromat to wash them properly. I will never ever ever come here again, and the owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for not keeping it up.
