A couple of guys had said they couldn't do it, and another was very brusque in his responses. Justin was thorough and polite! He came by today, was super punctual, and tackled the problem right away. Not only did he fix the door so my parents wouldn't have to purchase new doors, he took the time to vacuum and even used a pen to get all the dust/hair/debris that had gathered in the track over the years. After calling a few pros, we decided to go with Pal Pro pest control because of their honesty and professionalism during inspection. As an engineer, I am very keen to know technical details and the inspector was able to respond to my questions with confidence and a deep understanding of the problems. The treatment that we got at the time involved injection of termite stuff (likely termidor) around perimeter of home into the soil. This involved some drilling and injecting in areas near the perimeter of the foundation. About 1 year after treatment we saw some new subterranean termite activity. We called pal pest pro and they came out under warranty and reassessed the situation. We did some spot treatment but had some discussions about how we thought the problem may be deeper than anticipated. We decided to remove some of our LVP to investigate and we discovered some massive termite activity in our original hardwood flooring that was below the vinyl planks. We decided to remove all of our hardwood flooring and get the areas treated. It was a painful process but our termite team really helped make the treatment part easier. It's been a few months and we haven't seen any new activity. Only time will tell but I feel like we got to the root of the problem! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They care about solving the problems and will honor their warranty in the event of any future issues. The treatment of subterranean termites is part technical approach, part dark arts and I feel like these guys got it all!

Dax was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and took time to do so where a few other quotes from other companies either seemed hurried or inflated values. Ironically all the companies I got quotes from used the same product so I went with PAL Pro because they took the time to explain the process thoroughly and price was competitive. I was able to make a request with Dax to drill a few extra holes in the area based on other quotes without extra charge since it was centrally located in the same spot. It was our WORST MISTAKE because we went with her because the price was affordable and would be done in timely fashion. Our following 2 visits she complained about how difficult it was and rushed through the measurements and was impatient. She said that the dress needed an additional bra which we bought. The day we picked it up, she had to make a rush change making us wait an additional hour. The wait wasn't the point, but rushing a wedding dress when we had plenty of time before the big day just to meet her deadline is truly unacceptable. She rushed payment and got me out quickly after. The whole event didn't feel right. We went to a proper wedding dress alterations company and they were DEVASTATED on our behalf! We ended up paying the price of more than 2 alterations to make sure the BOTCH job is fixed. They had to take from other parts of the dress to make sure the length was fixed because she cut it too short. Do not ever take the short cut just to save a dollar because this shop will commit to any alteration even if they are not fully capable of executing. She will not be honest with you that a complicated alteration should be taken elsewhere and she will take your money.

Not only did I lose my money, but I created a big mess, and now I have to take all of my clothes to another laundromat to wash them properly.
