But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

I cannot get my driver to follow the most basic delivery requests. It seems apparent this driver is making a conscious choice to defy my every request - even if means he'd sell me more water. And don't even try to get a manager on the phone because those guys are hiding behind layers of phone center people. I couldn't even get the call center to tell me the driver's name. Here's a short list of the issues just this year - 2026. 01.20.26: Charged for a cooler cleaning kit which I did not order. 02.03.26: Left a note with 4 empty bottles requesting 2 full bottles. 4 were delivered.  02.17.26: Left a note with 4 empty bottles requesting 1 full bottle. 2 bottles were delivered. 03.01.26: Left a note with 4 empty bottles requesting 4 full bottles. 2 bottles were delivered. 03.04.26: I discovered my driver placed me on monthly deliveries instead of twice-monthly. I did not request this. 03.12.26: Left a note with 7 empty bottles requesting 8 full bottles. 7 bottles were delivered but I was charged for 8. The order also showed only 7 empties were returned. 03.17.26: Left a note with 2 empty bottles requesting 3 full bottles. 1 bottle was delivered to the front door instead of the side gate where my account notes say to deliver. The water is great but the care and service is non-existent. I would love to have a conversation with a branch manager.

It was absolutely infuriating. Multiple calls on hold over 25 minutes only to have my call dropped. No email response or call backs! Even though they encourage you to use this option. The mobile app is a joke just look at my chat with them. Which by the way if I didn't take a screenshot of would be none existent because they drop that chat box too Oops! Something went wrong. What went wrong is your awful service. I will never again use your service. I will use local delivery services instead. They are honest and care. I guess this is what happens when companies get too big. They just don't care anymore.

After much research called PEBBLE SPRING WATER and spoke to WILL at length about my NEED for 3-gallon HANDLE bottles. Was assured they have them and my new account was set up immediately. My first delivery came 2-days later and was exactly as promised. Suffice it to say SO FAR, BEYOND GREAT!!!! We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.
