I love Sparkletts Water. I've been a customer since 1995. But... When Primo acquired Arrowhead and the Sparkletts/ Arrowhead teams merged, 100% of their customer care ended. I cannot get my driver to follow the most basic delivery requests. It seems apparent this driver is making a conscious choice to defy my every request - even if means he'd sell me more water. And don't even try to get a manager on the phone because those guys are hiding behind layers of phone center people. I couldn't even get the call center to tell me the driver's name. Here's a short list of the issues just this year - 2026. 01.20.26: Charged for a cooler cleaning kit which I did not order. 02.03.26: Left a note with 4 empty bottles requesting 2 full bottles. 4 were delivered.  02.17.26: Left a note with 4 empty bottles requesting 1 full bottle. 2 bottles were delivered. 03.01.26: Left a note with 4 empty bottles requesting 4 full bottles. 2 bottles were delivered. 03.04.26: I discovered my driver placed me on monthly deliveries instead of twice-monthly. I did not request this. 03.12.26: Left a note with 7 empty bottles requesting 8 full bottles. 7 bottles were delivered but I was charged for 8. The order also showed only 7 empties were returned. 03.17.26: Left a note with 2 empty bottles requesting 3 full bottles. 1 bottle was delivered to the front door instead of the side gate where my account notes say to deliver. The water is great but the care and service is non-existent. I would love to have a conversation with a branch manager. read more

Primo water, Water.com previously Sparkletts make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL your service. I loved the service when we used them but when it came time to cancel after 2 years it was worse than pulling teeth. It was absolutely infuriating. Multiple calls on hold over 25 minutes only to have my call dropped. No email response or call backs! Even though they encourage you to use this option. The mobile app is a joke just look at my chat with them. Which by the way if I didn't take a screenshot of would be none existent because they drop that chat box too Oops! Something went wrong. I don't know why we even continue using this service we have issues almost every month whether it's the wrong amount of water ball is being dropped off deliveries happening on weird days and today we were supposed to receive a delivery. I got an email saying my delivery was received. I saw the Sparkletts truck in front of my house, but yet none of our bottles are picked up and no bottles were delivered so we're out of water and I can't even get to speak to a representative because they're automated system is so terrible it will not take you to a representative it just keeps taking me to a survey. the chat feature on their app is inaccurate and you can't really explain what's going on and then when you send them a message to their app it says it's gonna take 5 to 7 days for them to respond to you. read more

A delivery driver that I've never seen before refused to deliver the amount that I requested and told me that it's above their maximum quantity. By the way, I didn't request a truckload of water, I asked for 8 bottles. This guy also marked it as he did deliver 8 bottles and charged me for it. Customer service reversed the charge This guy decided to yell at me in the middle of the street because I asked him to deliver what I requested through the website. "I TOLD YOU THAT LAST TIME!". This was the first time I met this scumbag. Clearly this company has pretty high standards when it comes to hiring talent. I made multiple calls to customer service to get the balance delivered and they kept cancelling my delivery at the branch level. What they are trying to do trying to get me to sign up for more frequent deliveries to make an extra buck. I'm just going to cancel this horseshit service. CANCELLED SERVICE I want to begin by first stating that we had been customers for approximately 20+ years. Since then, customer representatives and delivery reps have always provided excellent service. Then came the merger and new computer and phone system that poorly prioritizes customers. Now autopay is mandatorily imposed (which I've yet to encounter with any other company), average wait time for phone calls is an hour, and failure to fulfill customer requests are overlooked for the benefit of continued charges. I cancelled service back in late May/early June. It is ridiculous that I was charged $219.49 for equipment rental that they failed to pick up on June 30 as requested. Now, once again, it is up to me to inform them that they are out of compliance. There is another equipment rental charge pending for the same amount on July 10. I do NOT want to be associated with this company anymore and refuse to accept charges on account of their self-serving oversights. I would greatly appreciate this matter being resolved ASAP. Just had a delivery truck driver blocking my driveway as he was delivering water to my neighbor. As I pull up and attempt to pull into my driveway, he looks at me like I'm in the wrong. I got out of my car after parking in my driveway and asked him if he normally blocks other people's driveways? He stated he does and that I could have asked him to move his truck. I asked why he feels the need to block a driveway instead of parking correctly in street with plenty of parking and he seemed perplexed. Instead of a worker who is obviously representing a company just simply apologizing and saying sorry for blocking your driveway or a simple won't happen again, he doubled down and insisted I ask him to move and then he would have moved the truck. Gotta wonder who they hire and the training they get. Ever since Primo Water took over Sparkletts, the quality of service has gone downhill. The transition has been anything but smooth. The app constantly crashes or won't even load, making it extremely frustrating to manage deliveries or account details. Trying to get help over the phone is even worse--you're stuck on hold for over 35 minutes, and once you finally get someone, they try to transfer you and the call just drops. No call back. No resolution. Just wasted time and more frustration. This is not the way to run a business, especially one that people rely on for a basic necessity like water. Sparkletts used to be dependable. I have Primo water for 6 mos. I had 4 5 gal. To be delivered 2week twice a month. I needed 1 more 5gal. So i order through my water app 1 more to my account, 2days before delivery. When delivery day came they only delivered 1 5 gal of water. So now i only have 1 bottle. When i'm supposed to have five. I called on the next day , and spoke to an agent, she said that the water would be delivered four days later. But the water is not delivered. So I called that day and they said it would be delivered the next day now that didn't happen either so I called this day and it's Wednesday and in between that I have spoken to seven agents so I'm very upset. We've gone on vacation and we have to pull this water cooler in and out of the house. Just it won't get stolen and then they charge me $92 on my account. Still, nobody will come pick it up. We have had home delivery of water from Sparkletts for the last 15 years. Since Sparkletts became a monopoly the service is awful. Missed deliveries and there is no phone call or text. You call and ask what's going on and they don't care. We were told due to their 2 million customers they aren't able to deliver on schedule. Because Sparkletts became a monopoly it's the customers problem? Go to another company for your water delivery. We are now with Phresh Water. Tomorrow is the first delivery. Hi there! I'd like to tell you the story of my experience with Sparklettes. The system is good. But delivery is terrible. I'm sorry to the individual who has to read these and actually go through them and who comes across complaints like this. Today I had the pleasure of NOT meeting my delivery man, Greg. This morning, my lovely wife and I were sitting in the living room waiting to have our bottles picked up. STARING out the window, we received a text message from our delivery man Greg. Happy to hear from him - we loaded up our full bottles and equipment at the front door. To my disbelief, his text said he had missed us. This is where it gets good. As my wife called Greg back, he refused to answer the phone. He would text us, but not answer the phone. He not only did not do his job We tried to call Greg many times within the two minutes that he said he was here. Greg then told us that he would be back next Friday. Not knowing what to do, I called support to try and get any delivery assistance today, due to the circumstances. I shared that I currently have a broken left leg and con not move these items without help. They assured me that Greg was in the area and that he'd pick it up today within the hour. If not Greg, then someone would come today. No one came today. I have called support 3 different times, all saying they would assure me that I'd be helped due to the circumstances. I swear on my life that Greg never came to my door, he never knocked, and not only that he would not provide any kind of service whatsoever. We are ending our relationship with Sparklettes, unfortunately. I think we're just going to different directions . I loved your water however it's not you. It's me. I had been contacting Primo Customer Service for over 6 months to pick up empty bottles from my house, with dozens of calls, all to no avail. Each time they said they'd take care of it and never did. But then, I ran into Gabe Martinez at my place of work delivering bottles and asked him how I might approach rectifying my situation. I told him I would drop them off myself, I was that desperate to have the bottles removed because I'm in the process of selling my house. Gabe took my name and number and said he would speak to his branch manager, Anthony Manno about it. He did just that and that day Anthony reached out to me and scheduled a pick up within two days. Today, after 6 months of waiting my bottles were removed by Victor Rodriguez, with heartfelt apologies. I must say until interacting with these three men, I was at my wits end, very frustrated with Sparkletts, ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The actions, professionalism, kindness and high quality customer service of these three men made all the difference. If I could give you three men 10 stars I would. The customer service arm of Primo could take some lessons from you on true customer service. read more

I have tea during order for TWO gallons and when they feel like it they leave me THREE sometimes even FOUR and when I call to complain because OBVIOUSLY I'm being billed for it all they say is they will come pick them up and remove it from my bill but they never do. When I call and request that a manager calls they NEVER call. I don't understand why it is so hard to simply follow instructions. They tell you to use the app to make sure your order is correct but even when it is it seems like their drivers have a mind of their own. Also when you call you're obviously calling a call center and they say they put the notes and what not but they don't work with the delivery office and the drivers. Those are the ones who have the WORST service. When I first started I had contact with my driver and he was great but maybe half way through the first year he either left or switched route and since then I've had on going issues that don't seem to get resolved. It is upsetting to have a company not follow through and not care about their customers. I got my service because of Costco but I would NOT recommend anyone going either directly or thought Costco to get water service with them! It does save me some money when they get my order correct but every so often I'm paying waaaay more than if I would've bought the bottle water from Costco themselves!!! I signed up for Sparkletts service through a Sparkletts rep inside Costco. Apparently, Costco members get a discount price from Sparkletts. The delivery person dropped off a bottom load cooler with bottles of water. The cooler was not wrapped in plastic but was covered with a bottomless cardboard box. It makes me wonder if the cooler has been sanitized before loaded onto the truck for delivery. Furthermore, when I tried to set it up, the water bottle adaptor with a plastic tubing in the middle does not fit the opening of the bottle. I called Sparkletts customer care 5 times and got no where. Then I started my paper trail with a photo showing the discrepancy in size between the bottle adaptor and the opening of the water bottle. 5 e mails were sent and apparently no one bothered to read my e mails. Each time I receive a response instructing me to contact customer care, which I already did.. I have had the cooler and bottles of water for 4 days and am unable to consume any water from the 5 gallon bottles. In short, Sparkletts has no customer service. All they care about is to have Costco members sign up and the rest is our problem. After spending 2 hours calling Sparkletts and countless number of e mail, I gave up and am cancelling my subscription. I do not have the time nor the inclination to launch a career in dealing with Sparkletts. My advice to Costco members is to stay away from Sparkletts. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE AS THEY DO NOT CARE. We ordered Sparkletts water from a Salesman at Costco. Last Sunday while we were visiting Costco to get our Arrowhead drinking water we ran into a seemingly nice salesman from Sparkletts. My wife and I made the decision to sign up with Sparkletts and have five bottles delivered monthly with a dispenser. We ordered spring water as that is what we are accustomed to drinking the salesman told us there's spring water was better than arrowheads however he didn't have any there to sample. Despite not having samples we trusted the salesperson that they would deliver what they had sold. They delivered quickly as I said we ordered on Sunday and they delivered by Monday however they delivered five bottles of filtered water and the dispenser which we quickly set up and then realized they had sent us the wrong water. My wife made multiple calls to sparklets to try to get the discrepancy in water remedied. Again they delivered quickly the next day we received five bottles of water but lo and behold it was five more bottles of the wrong water we now had 10 bottles of water we did not want and again my wife went to the phone and spent over an hour explaining our situation to the people that she's called at Sparkletts. The representative on the phone was either slow or just refuse to understand our situation and informed us that they were out of spring water and would be out for quite some time. The representative explained that the salesman should have known this we now believe that the salesman knew exactly what was going on but wanted the sales so bad and assumed we would give in to using what was delivered. Another our plus of phone calls to managers and customer service reps they finally picked up all of what they had delivered to us incorrectly yet we have been told that they will most likely charge us for the partial bottle that we had set up already. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I want to thank Sparkletts as in life sometimes things just weren't meant to be but now we will be ordering directly from Arrowhead and we will no longer have to pick up or incredible Arrowhead spring water at Costco. I've been wanting to write this for months now! Our delivery driver is Christian. He comes to our area every other Wednesday. We set up our account literally weeks before Covid 19 happened. We love our water service. Firstly, Christian set up our water cooler for us the very first delivery. He gave us his cell number, so we are able to contact him directly. It took us a few deliveries to figure out a routine. But generally he leaves the water bottles in a special spot if we are not home. We don't even have to place an order, as he just replaces our empties and/or we just text him if we would like more. A few times I had missed the day and forgot to put out empties. So I would text him in case he was still close. He always comes back. He his top notch! Definitely an asset to the company! The water quality is great too! We get distilled, but most of the customers get the drinking water. It's definitely worth it if you are pondering it. Hopefully you will get Christian! Highly recommend! read more

I grew up not far from the Sparkletts water plant in Highland Park, Ca. My recent experience with this company has been devastatingly disappointing. Like others, I have been placed on hold for over an hour and a half. Who does business like this anymore? They keep leaving more bottles than I ordered and they keep billing me for the bottles I DID NOT order. There is NO customer service at all and I don't think they care. I don't know if COSTCO/SAM'S are aware that their customers are being treated this way. But they will soon! I'm canceling as soon as I get someone on the phone after 1hr and 27min and counting for the third time! I'm going to do my best to tell all my friends and family NOT to do business with this company!
