Joe Russo clocks in every day for a couple of hours and now his sons run the shop. When my mom's Mini Cooper needed service, I knew just who to call. Handling everything across the country, Russo's made my life so much easier, towing out the car on a flatbed (battery long dead) and getting it repaired, buffed up and inspected prior to sale. The billing met their estimate, no surprises. If you live in Buffalo or are driving through and suddenly need a mechanic, be confident Russo's will get your car running perfectly again - and at a reasonable price. Trust. Absolute highest recommendation.

I decided to give up and left the car right in the middle of the lot since it seemed that me trying to park was infringing on their business. He then complained to me about my park job. Decided that risk of colliding with another car while he was trying to park another car was greater than leaving it to a "pro," who appeared to be king of the lot.

They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!
