Can I give this place 0 stars? I'm even hesitant to give them 1. If you can help it, GO ANYWHERE…read moreELSE. If you HAD to use their towing service, you are SOL. When I was in a MVA recently, the police officer waited for this towing company to respond. In the time it took them to get to the scene (and mind you, they're a 5 min drive down the street), two other towing companies attempted to (with no avail) tow my car. Verdict? TURTLE SPEED SERVICE. When I tried to find my car plates (WITH THIS SHOP) to clear things up with the MOT and insurance company, what did they tell me? #1. First off, they didn't even know WHERE my car was. They gave me a phone number of someone who assessed the car BUT DIDN'T PICK IT UP. So they threw me through a loop, leaving voice mails, calling back random numbers for absolutely no reason. #2. Secondly, when I CALLED THEM BACK, they finally gave me the RIGHT name of the company that picked up my car. No phone number, no address. Way to give me NOTHING to work with. #3. When I called back AGAIN (all within 24 hours and in absolute frustration), they told me that they DID NOT take my car plates. But they gave some random person access to my car to pick up my stuff. It completely baffled me how Michael, the owner of the shop, got defensive and insisted that it was my boyfriend/the guy who was also in the accident who accessed my car. Excuse me? How could my boyfriend (who was in the accident with me at the time) pick up my stuff? We only have ONE CAR now (to which I drive to work) because we got into a MVA. You're telling me that my boyfriend walked how many blocks to your car shop to pick up a few things? You're not working with 5 year old children, if you're going to feed me some bull, at least be honest and tell me you're not sure. Now, I am completely distraught. I have to file a police report for LOST/STOLEN car plates because this car shop doesn't know how to do their job. So now I'm under the impression that they gave some random stranger access to my car and my belongings. Beautiful. Just beautiful. Please work on your people skills if you hope to stay in the SERVICE oriented industry.

Thank heavens I didn't decide to turn out of the parking lot too soon. I then followed behind the truck onto interstate 90 when they then started to drive erratic and fast. Then I was blinded by a very bright light from the back of the truck. It was very difficult to see for the remainder of my trip home. I was a ways back so I cant imagine how the car in front of me could see anything. It is already difficult for me to drive at night. This could have caused an accident. Thank heavens it didn't.

When I called, it was outside of business hours, so I left a message and Chris got back to me the next day! On a whim, I asked if they had any appointments for Saturday and Chris was kind enough to add me in!
