Yet alone a company doing a service on your car unauthorized and your still being told to pay. Well thats my experience. I was referred to this company and they did work on my car 2 mos totaling $1500. The work and their communication 10/10... so i knew for sure any issues i had moving forward where to come and i even referred them to family and friends.... Well today not the experience i had 2 mos ago and every disappointment in the book. A bill that should have originally been $249 turned into $657.70! Totally unacceptable. And the excuse i was told was "it slipped through the crack to give me a call with an updated price came before they started the new job (which i did not authorize)... better yet Kim the secretary visually seen how upset i was and called the owner jeremy and he offered to bring my bill down to $500... i told him i couldnt afford that, that i was expecting to pay what was told to me yesterday over the phone $249. I told them i didnt want to the route of filing a vs-35 form which is a report through dmv business regulation unit under repair service act but id have to do it if we cant come to a REASONABLE agreement. Kim called jeremy and his response was "if i file that complaint i can no longer receive discount". Which is a jacked up way to treat a customer! So i left paying a surprised bill of $400 more than expected, i left very disappointed and defeated. Please be aware of companies who do business like this! Tell you one price, but so other work you don't authorize and you are left to pay. They have lost a good customer and a vs-35 form will be filed immediately.The owner is a LIAR! As a single mother on a fixed income i would have never told him to go along and fix anything other than what i agreed on! FIND ANOTHER HONEST SHOP GUYS! $$350 in llabor to replace these bolts???

They loved the car, and asked all about it. The best part was that they weren't trying to sell me repairs that aren't needed. They were honest and didn't talk down to me at all. (Women hate that, especially those that know a lot about their cars!) They will be getting all our cars for inspection going forward. Kudos to the Mr. Tire staff for their professionalism!

Pains me to write this review as I've been a customer for over 20 years and typically have nothing…read morebut good things to say, and they have helped me out of many jams. They have even fixed minor problems, and refused any sort of payment multiple times. My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.
