Have been working with this shop for a little while. I first started working with them in February of 2019 and they got my wiper motor fixed -- after a while, the part seemingly failed but they replaced it with no charge, which was kind of them despite the part itself failing not being their fault. I've since back back for misc tire maintenance, oil changes, inspections, etc and they do a standup job. Most recently, I got my annual inspection done here. My only complaint was I had no idea their waiting room was closed (due to covid) when I booked it, so I had to scramble to find someone to pick me up last minute. Also, I am not sure whether they inspected my tires carefully or put them up to pressure since one of my tires seems kind of low shortly after the service. Despite that, I have enjoyed my experiences here. I do wish communication was sometimes a tad better, but I think they do a good job and trust their opinions. read more

I docked a star from my initial four-star review when I realized that the repair staff unplugged my fog lights and then forgot to plug them back in. It's an imperfect world, yes, and the body work that they did was solid, so I still wanted to give a mostly positive review. And then I got a petulant comment in reply about how it might not have been their fault (because both fog lights unplug themselves sometimes, apparently?) and that I should have noticed sooner, so this wasn't a real complaint. While I was on the fence about using 2480 again, I now see that management has not learned that hitting back at customers is never a good idea. I will be taking my car and money elsewhere. read more

First of all; I'd like to thank Alex for planning an event here a few years back in order for us to check this place out. Ever since then, I've been coming back; also referring family and friends. I thought I did a review already but turns out I didn't; so here it goes... As you drive up to the shops parking lot, you'll see many cars out and it can be a bit intimidating but no worries there's room for you to park. It's look small from the outside but the inside is a bit more spacious. The workers are very friendly and are very knowledgeable. They go into detail about any problem your vehicle has once you tell them and they take a look at it. By the way just to get the issue checked out; it is absolutely FREE. So you'll will never get robbed of your money. I've gotten my state inspections, oil changes, AC checked, a leakage inside the car from the rain fixed and more work done here. Before they touch any thing that needs to get worked on or order any parts they call, give you a price quote and ask for permission. They also give you an estimated time of how long they will work on your car, nothing more or less than they say. The prices are very reasonable and the service is awesome. Before COVID, I used to love sitting in the waiting room watching shows on Netflix while sipping on the Ginger Ale that was offered in the fridge lol. It was nice and clean in there and I felt comfortable patiently waiting for my car, especially if I had no where to go. Now, you have to drop off your car & leave your keys and come back after. It's okay though because the job is still getting done. Overall, make this shop a must try if you haven't because you won't be disappointed. I love it here! P.S. I am so glad I found this place via a Yelp event which was focused on creating awareness as to what basic maintenance a car needs (I am a novice in car knowledge so it was very useful). Talking to them, I got a clear vibe of confidence and assurance so I immediately made an appointment to come back the next day to get my 'stiff steering wheel' fixed. I went to one other mechanic before finding them and although they charged me for 'fixing' it, the problem still persisted. The team of 2480 Autos took one turn on my car to figure out what the problem was and gave me a quote for the repair. After a steering wheel pump replacement and oil change (all done in a few hours), I got my car back in a great condition. I am relatively new to Buffalo so I am happy I found someone I could rely on for all of my future car servicing. read more

My 2013 Ram 1500 broke down while visiting upstate NY (Damaged front left hub assembly bearings). I diagnosed my issue, purchased the part and began my repair, I carry my own tools (industrial mechanic), but lacked special equipment which couldn't be rented at any auto part near by. I needed to be back in NJ by the following morning. Gave 2480 a call, explained my situation and they made it possible to assist me in such a short notice. So my Jeep Liberty was incorrectly towed to 2480 Autos. So, I decided to leave it there and let them fix it. I was impressed with them. I bought a newer vehicle. And when I had a couple of little problems, I took my Jeep Compass there and they worked to save me as much money as a possible, and they Ubered me home without charging me for it. 2480 Autos is by far the best garage I have been to. Whenever I have any issues, they are quick to respond and get me into their shop. They always keep me up to date and inform me of any issues that they find and correct. I don't trust my vehicle at any other shops.
