The fee for that is $21.00. The techs really knew what they were doing and answered any questions I had. It's pretty pricy for an oil change but I can usually find a coupon online or one is sent to me, which is super convenient. I will definitely come back to this location in the future and am really happy with the service I had here.

I stopped at the Mavis on Transit on my way home back to Rochester for air, and their pump wasn't in service. Their mechanic Burra came outside and told me to pull around to the side and he'd put air in it. Without me even asking, he tightened my valve stem which was loose and offered to patch my tire. Granted, I didn't come here expecting to pay anything, but I knew it needed to be fixed and he got me right into the garage on the spot. Luckily, I made it to work and it didn't get worse, even with attempting to use a gas station air pump, but I still wanted to get it checked out. I came right in and they offered to check the pressure/fill my tires and see if the TPMS went off and then they would do a flat check if needed. The associate that helped me was very cheery and let me know what each tire was at. It seemed like just all the tires were a bit low and I may have made one of them worse, lol. He said that was normal and feel free to stop back if the light came back on. No charge, no problems, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. This is why I have been a happy Dunn Tire customer for years. Somehow they had my car for an hour and a half just to show me a tiny tack-sized nail. During that entire time the car was lifted and the tire was completely removed. This was by far the slowest process I've ever experienced for something as basic as checking a tire. To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.

Pains me to write this review as I've been a customer for over 20 years and typically have nothing…read morebut good things to say, and they have helped me out of many jams. They have even fixed minor problems, and refused any sort of payment multiple times. My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.
