Attention Larry and Everett: I had what I consider one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with Premier Car Care at 1171 Niagara Falls Blvd. I called simply to ask for a price on a brake job because I was looking for a new mechanic. The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't. read more

After spending way longer than I should have driving around without a spare tire, I decided it was finally time to buy a wheel, and looked around for a good place to get a tire. After a quick search I stumbled across premier car care. They had great reviews so I figured I'd give them a try. I stopped in without prior notice that morning, and was helped at the counter right away. They were able to order the tire I needed with same-day service. They didn't try to con or upsell anything, just asked me what I needed and what I planned to use it for. They found me a good deal, with the tire + mounting + tax coming in at about $165. I was able to pick it up same day. Overall this was an excellent experience. Highly recommended them. read more

Everett and his team really helped us out on short notice. We were visiting Buffalo from out of town and I hit a monster pot hole in the parking lot of the decrepit mall which has the Gabe's and Chili's in it. The pot hole was 13" deep and literally destroyed my driver side front tire. Luckily Premier Car Care was close by and I was able to get my car to them in the morning. Everett ordered a new Continental ContiPro Contact tire and had it installed in under 3 hours for cheaper than it would have cost me just to buy the tire on Tirerack.com. They had it on the car within 30 minutes of the tire arriving from his supplier. He got the car done earlier than quoted and at a reasonable price. Very grateful, thanks again... read more

Went to one stop automotive down the road and they quoted me $1300 to just bend and replace 2 break lines that run down the bottom of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. A simple fix that should take less than an hour and requires easily less than $100 of material. The breaks also took a long time to drop to the floor before dropping it off and when I picked it up after quoting they went straight to the floor. They tried offering me a tow and financing before telling me "GOOD LUCK DRIVING IT" with a smirk as I walked out the door. Come to find out that both break lines were no longer attached. (There was no need to do that to inspect the problem as there was just a plastic cover that needed to be pulled down and the lines would be fully visible) Called Emmett from this shop and quoted me between 350-450 (given there was no other problems) as it was a standard job. So I dropped the car off, he gave me a call back quickly after to quote me at $400 for the repair. Had it on the lift and done within a 2-3 hour period. Suggested a couple other repairs to look into for the future. (All true things I knew of ahead of time) no other problems since! Great care, fast fix, and reasonable prices. Staff helped me confirm an issue with my car that ultimately led to me scrapping the car. While it was an unfortunate set of events to find out that my car had a cracked engine block, they were nice about it and didn't charge me to diagnose it. I'm grateful for their help. read more

Be warned!! Went for Brake and wheel service, came with more problem My car made a weird clunking noise when I slow down, and wheel was not aligned so I took my car for brake check. I was told to replace all the pads and rotors along with the sway bar, and was quoted little over 1000 dollars. I was little skeptical but I went with it. When I received my car back, the clunking noise was gone but the vehicle came back with moaning high-pitch noise after only several days of driving. Disappointed, I had to go other garage to diagnose the issue and was told the rotor and brake pads were touching as the wheel turns and needs to be replaced due to poor quality work.. Oh, and wheel also doesn't seem to be aligned well. read more

Stay away from this place . Went in to get exhaust system fixed and they rigged it up half ass . who ever welds can't weld for shit . Lost tail pipe the next day and when I called for them to replace it they wanted to charge me again . Plus the manager answered me in a bad attitude like as if I was bothering him . I ended up going to a different place to get it done CORRECT . Stay away from these Clowns . Horrible!!! I have to give a star just to post this otherwise I would give them nothing . Took my car in and spent almost $6000 on repairs and it kept making a funny noise I called a few times brought the car in. They said that it was a different issue the next week I was driving home from work and my tire came off of my car. There were no bolts holding it on, I had it towed to the shop and they said it was some prank someone pulled on me and charged me $100 to fix the tire. It never made that noise again so it was the tire the whole time. I could have died if I was on the Thruway I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle read more

I've used the Williamsville location exclusively since returning to WNY from Florida and have had nothing but excellent service and quick turnaround. There prices are standard for that service industry but what sets them apart is their courtesy and professionalism. These guys did a great job, after one of the snowiest weekends. I had my transmission lines go bad. I was worried it was the pan but Premier told me it was only the lines. Place is crazy insane. First off one drive way only! It's off the busy BLVD. The Manager is nice, but this place checks every inch of vehicles for inspections to fail you on anything, just so they can get the work off you! Then their prices ARE CRAZY INSANE! STAY AWAY! TRUST ME! Find better places that won't over charge and try find anything to fail on Inspections. Had a different shop inspect vehicle after this place which told me rear brakes were shot. They have easily another 6 months on them. Be alarmed people too many crooks out there. read more

After driving my GMC Safari from Washington State to Buffalo as a gift for my Fiancee, it wouldn't pass inspection due to worn steering linkage parts. I checked with a number of other shops in the area for a quote on repairs, and got a number of very high estimates. When I called Premier, I got a very reasonable quote for repair, so I booked the appointment without bothering to look any further for competitive bids. Everett and his crew were extremely professional - the repair was completed in good time (less than a couple of hours) despite every one of their repair bays being full of cars, and once it was done, they completed the re-inspection so that we didn't have to take it to an additional shop to finish the work. Everett was friendly and polite, didn't try to up-sell me on any additional parts or repairs, and gave me good recommendations for future preventative maintenance on my vehicle. My fiancee and I will definitely be bringing our van back to Premier Car Care for any future maintenance or repair needs. read more

I was Failed on NYS Motor Vehicle Inspection for a "broken spring" in my restored Fox Mustang, by a youthful mechanic at Premier. Being an ASE tech myself, I carefully inspected my springs, and couldn't find ANY problem! Premier kept telling me the mechanic wasn't there. I guess they hire temps? So I had to send for 4 new springs and install them, in just a few days! The guys had to help me get the last one in- 4 guys and a big pry-bar. Upon removing the 4 springs, there was nothing wrong with them!! I still have the original springs. Premier just shrugged when I tried to talk to them. read more

We frequently use the Premier Car Care located on Main St. near Transit in Williamsville, NY. It is our "go to" for all 3 of our vehicles and has been for several years. I was so thrilled to finally find a car care place that you can completely trust. If there is something you don't need..they DO tell you if it can wait or has to be taken care of immediately. They have worked on our daughter's car, my own car and my husband's truck which are all different makes and models both American made and not. I highly recommend if you need service of any kind they will give you a free estimate and very honest opinion on everything before you schedule your work. I have even gone in with no appointment and they have fit me in as they have a waiting area offering magazines, newspapers, coffee and TV. Great service, fair prices, very honest! read more

These guys are about as good as it gets in auto repair/maintenance of any shop I've dealt with in 25 years. For many, having your vehicle repaired can be an intimidating event. Especially if you don't know too much about repairs and can easily be taken advantage of. Fortunately I know enough about my vehicles to ask the right questions. With these guys however that has never been an issue. I have a 2008 4Runner with 221,000 miles and still going strong. Never have they suggested any repairs or maintenance that was not completely necessary and they've even given me a heads up on repairs or maintenance I'm going to want to look for or schedule in the future. In some cases they've even gone so far as to throw in a few small parts at no charge while they had my truck up on the lift anyway. Excellent service, top-notch repairs and very fair price. Premier Car Care gets an A in my book. Came in yesterday for an inspection. Now, you can't just go anywhere to get work done on your car, it is important that you have trust in your mechanic for obvious reasons. Anyone can tell you you need a new part here or there, more fluids etc. In addition to the inspection I let them know I was hearing an usual sound coming from the engine. They told me they would check it out. I was PRAYING they didn't come back and tell me I needed some sort of replacement part for $800 or something along those lines. Luckily, they checked my fluid and realized I just needed more coolant and sent me on my way. I was thrilled they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for checking out the problem. Some places will easily take advantage of people who don't seem like they have any concept of cars (ME!) but they didn't. I will definitely return here if I have any further issues with my Jeep. read more

I knew I had a problem with my brakes when I heard a unpleasant noise every time I stepped on the Brakes. So I went to a repair shop before premier and was told I had problems with my whole braking system and that I basically should get everything brakes related replaced. Of course this was going to be extremely expensive, I'm talking about 2000$ and over in brake replacements, so I decided to get a second opinion. And so I took my car to premier and they gave me a free brake inspection. To my surprise the only thing that needed replacements were my rotors and brake pads, and I got all four wheels done for only 730$. The service was great and the mechanic had everything done in under 2 hours, not to mention efficient as well. Very honest businessmen and I do recommend anyone who has a car problem to give premier car care a chance, you won't regret it. read more

The mechanics have been very thorough in checking those vehicles for potential issues... In a couple of instances, I learned that the vehicle under purchase consideration was not necessarily a good buy... Management carefully inspects my vehicles whenever I schedule routine maintenance... There is an honest comprehensive review performed with no sales pressure to get additional recommended service completed before leaving the shop... I have a great deal of trust that Premier will ensure vehicles are safe for all members of my family to operate... The costs associated with any service performed are reasonable and fair... Customer questions are answered in an easily understood manner... Satisfaction is of prime importance for Premier... I have to give a shout out to Premier Car Care especially the repairmen and the front manager Chris. They were nothing short of superb. I brought my rear damaged car and after hours of working with the vehicle they got the lens fitted well and replacement parts installed. And the price was excellent -- much less than I thought. Through the few hours everyone was so professional, nice and receptive to everyone there, calling most of their clients by their first or last names.
