I really hope it's not because I'm a woman, but that's honestly how it has felt. I recently went back only because I had originally bought my tires there. One tire had a slow air leak, and I figured it would be the easiest and cheapest place to have it fixed. Instead, I was told they couldn't even "touch" the tire because it had to be replaced--and then they told me all four tires needed to be replaced. I specifically asked them to only look at the one tire because I didn't want them trying to upsell me, but that's exactly what happened. After I got very frustrated and spoke with the manager, they suddenly agreed that only the one tire needed to be replaced. This isn't the first time I've had this experience. On three separate visits for tire-related issues, they also told me I needed new brakes. Each time, I got a second opinion, and every single time I was told my brakes were completely fine. At this point, I have no trust in this business. It feels like making money comes before being honest with customers. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

A week and a half ago the break light came on. I called for an appointment but was told that I wouldn't need an appointment, to just come in after 4 pm. When I asked if it was possible that the break pads already needed to be replaced he said it dependended on how I drive. I asked what other reasons since I'm not someone who rides the breaks. He stated the obvious that he did not know that he couldn't see the car over the phone, that I'd have to bring it in person. I went in after 4 pm. Was told that I had to make an appointment. The first available was today at 9 am. I arrived on time. They are switching over to the new company that is taking the business over. There's some kinks in the operation, I completely understand this. The mechanics figured out that there was a wire that came loose therefore triggering the break light. They pointed out other work that should be done. I thanked them all and asked for an estimate, I by no means did a shooting of the messenger. I did not place any blame on them. Yet as the one mechanic was handing off the car back to me he snapped at me " It isn't anything we did!" I told him that I was not blaming him to not get so defensive. Did he apologize for making a huge assumption? Nope, he doubled down and starting ranting at me as he was walking away from me. I told him he needed to stop and he still kept going as he was walking. I was going to possible go back for an inspection and the other work that they recommended to be done. I had gotten a estimate right before the rude employee acted the way he did. After the key was giving back to me and after the rudeness had taken place I asked questions about the disconnected wire and was told that I should have came in sooner. UGH, I tried to. So if you want to be treated as if you're an idiot when you ask questions and want to deal with unwarranted defensive behavior then this is the place for it. The other employees watched and heard the rude employee and not one of them apoligize for his tantrum towards me. I dont think I will be going back for more insult.

The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't.

My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later.
