After not getting phone call, I returned from across the street at 11:30 to find they were only just driving my car into the garage. Beware. They do not provide the free tire rotation for which they invoice customers. I brought my car in for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing it in, I marked my tires inside and outside. I went in , paid,looked at the invoice, which specified a tire rotation was performed and the tread depth of each tire was 9/32, which was expected as the tires have less than 5000 miles on them. (See photos).Upon picking up my car I noticed the outside markings were all wiped off, although still partially visible, and my tires weren't rotated. Went back in and the guy at the desk pulled out a hand written checklist and noted that the tread depth of of my front tires was actually 10/32 so the better tires were left on the front. Incidentally, he never mentioned that my tires were not rotated during the checkout process.. Its generally recognized that the better tires should be on the back (how does a tire company not know this?) The guy also had no answer as to why my invoice specified a tread depth of 9/32 on each tire if intact the front were 10/32. The discrepancies in tread depth measurements makes me think they dont know how to do them, and wiping the markings off my tires and falsely specifying a tire rotation on the invoice seems indicative of a conscious effort to conceal the fact that the tires were not rotated. And now I'm left wondering if I actually got the synthetic oil I paid for... read more

Appointment made and verified for 8am to drop off a set of wheels to have (in stock) tires mounted, they didn't have to lift the truck and remove wheels from vehicle, I did the work for them, all they had to do is remove old tires, mount new tires and spin balance. Called at 12:30 that afternoon and they never even looked at the wheels. Received a call at 4:30 pm, half an hour before closing said they were done, no time to get up there to pick them up, have to wait till next day. 8 and 1/2 hours to install 4 tired is unacceptable, I should have gone to Firestone as in previous years, much much better service, will never use goodyear NF Blvd. Again, and will not recommend anyone to go there. Just came here for the first time for an oil change. They were pretty friendly and got the job done in about an hour. Overall I had a pretty good experience as far as getting oil changes goes. My advice would be to make sure to ask about any deals or discounts they have going on because they didn't mention it until I asked! Then even though I had made an appointment it seemed like there wasn't an appointment in their system because I had to re give them all of my information and re-ask about the discount. So not to be repetitive...but don't forget to ask about discounts!! I would definitely come back again for an oil change. read more

I was looking for snow tires last year. Other stores gave me outrageously high quotes for 4x17"-inch snow tires with basic rims. This Goodyear gave me the best quote and more! They hooked me up with aluminum rims for winter tires (instead of those basic black-steel looking ones). Extremely helpful staffs. I appreciate that they showed me all options based on my budget, explained pros and cons, and made their recommendation. Love that they switch and rotate all season tires to winter tires for free. All I have to do is call and make an appointment with them. Every visit has been fast, efficient, friendly and on-time. read more

I love this place. I don't normally write reviews, but when a place is this good I have to. Trying to make a long story short I had a flat tire because of a valve stem. I called a bunch of places that told me the hundreds of dollars it would cost. Goodyear from the first phone call made me feel that they would be trustworthy and not try to rip me off. I brought the vehicle to them and after a few hours they called to tell me they fixed my issues and for way way less money. I was so grateful and I couldn't be happier with their honesty. Absolutely not a good place to go! I had my car inspected, and the mechanic believed that I had to change a variety of stuffs including my ball joint. Everything racked up to over 2.4k but less than 2.5k. In all honesty, I almost had it all changed until I told myself, "remember when the last time you had jumped to say yes too quickly?" So, I had waited and examined what they were going to charge after I went back home. I had a second and even a third opinion about the majority of the problems that they had said, which turns out that they were all untrue! Had the e-brake fixed, inspected, and rotors changed in another respectable shop for less than 1k (I am not going to say the exact amount because it was a friendly discount for the parts and manual labor). After this experience, I don't think I will ever even contemplate about going to another goodyear. read more

I was driving down Maple Road and got a screw stuck in one of my tires. I drove to Goodyear and they took a quick look at it. They didn't have an appointment for two hours but took the car in and filled it with a plug for free!! in under 40 minutes. Excellent service, Mike up front went out of his way to help me out. Super thankful for Goodyear today. My car battery died and I needed to be at work at 5:30 so I called Goodyear and they took my car in immediately. They didn't have the right battery for my car so they ordered it and had it sent over right away. From the time I came in to the time I left it took about an hour and a half. I really liked the level of customer service along with knowledge provided at this shop. My check engine light was flashing and with in a few hours it was stalling and acting all crazy (not car literate obv.) Anyway, I expected whatever to be wrong to run me into the G's as far as price. Not the case! They had their work cut out for them I'm sure I worked with about 4 different people all very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. Jeff really stood out as a superb employee, I was stressed about shelling out $600 on the spot for repairs but he told us about applying for a store credit card which I was instantly approved. The level of kindness and service really makes this the best repair shop experience I've had. They're all friendly and helpful! Even got me an estimate for my next visit next week for new tires. I will make this my go to, if I'm paying a little more than i would at a private shop idc honestly the service is worth it. read more
