Jay and another staff member assisted me in deciding what to get as I had some gift cards for a certain package, but it didn't include the level of deep cleaning I desired (I had to add some things on). They didn't pressure me at all or make anything confusing. They told me it would take about an hour and that was exactly how long it took. I waited inside and they come in and call you by your vehicle model when it's done. I was extremely happy with the work done. It felt like I just bought my car new again. Side note: plenty of seating inside with ample food and drink options, including hot food.

That's why you're paying extra. Also, they only do a few things. An oil change, an air filter, wiper blades....They don't overhaul engines, they don't do AC repair, they don't sell tires. So when you go there to get an inspection, if something is going to fail, you know it's because it failed and not because they are trying to get more money out of you. (Not that all places do that, but you have piece of mind that it's not being done here.)

Within a minute, they "revised" their story and said it was actually the rear wiper that supposedly needed replacing -- and suddenly I would pass after all. The whole situation reeked of either incompetence or dishonesty. They have even fixed minor problems, and refused any sort of payment multiple times. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

I understand being busy , but when it comes to something as urgent as tire repairs, a little flexibility or customer service goes a long way. Disappointed by the lack of urgency and unwillingness to help. After 40 minutes my car had not even been pulled in yet. Once in it took almost another hour to complete.
