I've always taken my Fiat to Joe's Auto...so, made sure I had gotten my oil changed and anything else that needed repaired before I left NY end of May. This past July, I knew my car would need another oil change, so I timed a visit back to Hamburg to make sure that happened. Funny thing is, 3 weeks ago, I traded my Fiat in & purchased a Nissan Murano. Guess what? I drove in from Indiana this part Thursday. The main task on my list to do while in Buffalo....Go to Joe's Auto in Hamburg! They have always been efficient and more than fair pricing. More importantly, they treat you like family. I went out to Fair, hopeful that AAA would find me and my car. We told the parking lot attendants that AAA was coming when we got to the Fair. It worked perfectly. Byron called to confirm the correct entrance. I went out to the lot and stood where I hoped AAA would see me. I saw a truck I hoped was AAA and waved; he waved back. Even on yet another hot and humid day in a somewhat muddy parking area, Byron came with a "can-do" attitude. It is now Friday, 2 days after Byron switched my car battery; I have just received a "thank you for doing business with us" note from Schultz. Took the car to Firestone in Hamburg, where I had originally gotten the brakes done, and it was the routers. Since the brake pads were lifetime warranty, they replaced the routers and put new pads on. My brakes feel tight and light and it's a dream using them now. Very satisfied, the call back with the work needed was prompt, the next call when it was ready was prompt, the workers were respectful and cool to deal with. On top of all that, I got a substantial discount for being a volunteer firefighter. The cashier thanked me, and said he noticed my plates and gave me the discount. SUPER COOL. I know I can get certain discounts places, but I hate asking for it, and it's usually not that much anyway. This was a noticeable discount that made a big difference in the price. If you are a part of a volunteer company, this is one of the places you can count on! I was satisfied with my experience before the discount, but that put me over the edge to write a review.
