The guy who called told me I could go to their location on McKinley if I wanted to get it done that day. However, there was a good bit of a wait, so I ended up going home and rebooking online for a weekday appointment. I got to my appointment about ten minutes early and when I walked in, the man at the counter asked me, "You here for an inspection?" and called me by name. I confirmed he was correct. It felt good to be expected. They took my car back immediately and were done very quickly. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. Parking was easy. The location is convenient at the corner of Southwestern and Camp - easy in and out if you're making a right turn!

My car failed the NYS safety inspection here due to an issue with the brakes. I was told a brake…read moreline had leaked and soaked the rotors and pads, and that I would need to --at the minimum-- have one side on the rear changed completely (calipers, rotor, pads), and that they would only guarantee it if they did both sides. I was quoted ~$700 for that. Obviously not good news, but sometimes things break, so oh well! My dad does brakes, so I told them they could go ahead and fail it, and we'd take care of it then bring it back to pass the safety inspection. Days later when my dad got around to looking at it, there was no leak, everything was still in new condition, and the only issue was some air in the brake line, so we bled the brakes and took the car elsewhere for reinspection. It passed. I'm shocked at the dishonesty and lack of professional integrity, and will never come here again. $700 dollars is quite a lot to be willing to steal from someone.

I left work early and travelled from Amherst to Hamburg (Camp Rd) and was at my appointment at 4:45pm. I went inside and stood there as workers came in and out without asking me what I was there or even greeting me. Granted, there was quite a wait. Another customer approached me and said he had been there since 2pm and just wanted to let me know that the person to do inspections was not there so I would have to reschedule. Finally, two Employees come to me, greet me and ask why I am there. I tell them I have a 5pm appointment and they both looked at each other. I stated that the appointment was confirmed and they both looked at each and said, "I didn't confirm it." Then I am told that, "The thing about scheduling online is it does not tell you that there is no one there for an inspection. I asked to reschedule and then stated, "You guys actually appear to be a disaster so I will pass and go else where." I wasted my time, money and gas. Dont confirm people's appointment's or give them a God damn courtesy call that you can't take the appointment. I am severely upset as I wasted so much time and still didn't have the work done that I needed.

I was going to get 4 new tires and a strut repair and I withdrew service due to upcharges once they saw I was a woman regardless of a previous quote and appointment, and continued to call me sweetie and told me to put my "daddy on the phone". Horrible service.
