I bought a 2011 Chevy Impala from Abbott motors in 2020 and it was nothing but reliable and I remember them getting everything together in a matter of days. Fast forward to June 6th 2026 and I bought a Chevy Malibu the staff Mike,Ray and Julie were nothing short of amazing they got me in a vehicle within 13 days of me blowing up the motor in my said Chevy Impala. I came in on May 30th and within 6 days they got me in a beautiful car that I can afford. Great job Abbott motors I will be buying my next vehicle there again. read more

3.5 star review, I'll round up to 4. Researched tires online. I found that the Goodyear Assurance all season tire appeared to be the best. I tried scheduling an appointment down the road at Pep Boys but they couldn't get the tires put on until the next day. Goodyear had the tires readily available but they were more expensive which is kind of a bummer considering their name is on the tire and the building. Regardless, I didn't want to wait any longer so I made an appointment here. The confirmation advised that it would take a couple hours to put them on. Got there half an hour early. Bill, who was very kind, advised that it would in fact take a couple hours. Kind of inconvenient because I know Pep Boys and other tire service places will put the shoes on right then and there and have you out within half an hour. But I went to Wegmans next door for lunch and shopping. By the time I was done my car was ready. Another bummer was not being told about the rebates Goodyear advertised on their website. Had I not made the appointment online I would've been out $100. At the end of the day this place serviced me in a quick and convenient fashion. And the tires are night and day VS the baldies I was riding on prior. read more

Drop my truck off the day before so they have it all day. Oil change, tire rotation and an alignment. Come in to get my truck the following day, has all the items listed on my invoice as completed. I have the 3 year alignment program which was purchased and you get 6 after the initial alignment. I simply ask Chris the man that was checking me out for the alignment paper work as it was not provided. Goes in the shop and comes back out and says they didn't do it......... he's response is we didn't teach them how to read? Can't get to it today now so I'm basically out of luck. Acts as if my time is not valuable at all, no help with setting up a secondary appointment, nothing! Come to find out they didn't rotate my tires either. All of this is listed on the bill. So it looks as if it was done and used 1 alignment out of my six. This is fraud and completely unacceptable. read more

I made an apt for an oil change, first apt of the day ...2 1/2hrs later they were done. I tried to give them another shot and made another 1st apt for the day for an NYS inspection. They said it would be min of 2hr wait... FOR AN INSPECTION?? I think not. Learn how to manage your time better. I informed them I didn't have time for that and left. the people were nice, but they couldnt give me an exact timeframe for getting my tires switched. they finally called me to pick up my car 10 minutes before close. thank god i was close so i could pick it up without having to wait until the next day. i told people that i paid $300 for an oil change and to get my snow tires on and they said it was a crazy ripoff. i might have to find some place with a better deal! read more

I needed and oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I called a scheduled an appointment and they got me in and out of there pretty fast the waiting room was nice and had coffee! There were also many ports to plug in my iphone chord while I waited! highly recommend. read more

On the 2nd day of September of 2022 I bought 4 new tires from this location while in the process of them replacing my tires they broke something in my car and they filled to be responsible for it if anything excused it by stating "those things breaks all the time its normal". after contacting the car dealer they disagreed due to year of vehicle and revision of what was broken they in fact said the reason why it broke was because of the excessive force. great tires but not worth having to pay just as much or even more to replace something that good year broke. everyones experience may be different but for this reason I would not recommend this place it ruined the whole excitement I had over getting new tires at that expense coming out with almost the same expense to replace something else they broke. read more

I have already had to deal with them on several occasions and they have been nothing but helpful. I was in a very tight spot financially and they helped get me the best deal I possibly could. Most auto shops are kind of out to screw you, but not these guys. They wanted me back on the road ASAP. And the fact that they're close by to where I live is a huge plus. Huge. 10/10. My dad called to schedule an appointment for a inspection & oil change but stated to the guy if something is wrong with the vehicle CALL BEFORE the oil change . Hour passes we got a call that the license plate light is broke? And they cant do the inspection so my dad said ok dont do the oil change well pick it up and take it to dealer "its a lease" . They said they did the oil change already . Long story short we go to pick up my moms vehicle and my dad inspected the the light and they 1. Left it hanging 2. It was working fine . They called the cops on my dad and told the cops a drunk intoxicated man was there yelling at them lol . My dad hasnt drank in 9 years . The cops pull him over " were now driving to the dealership without a sticker" and told us they got a call from goodyear . Were laughing at this point because 1. Goodyear just wasted the cops time to get someone who was being lied to by goodyear . 2. Because were told not to go to goodyear anymore they are nothing but problems SO BEFORE CHOOSING THIS THIS READ THE REVIEWS WISELY. These guys are nothing but liars and a waste of a shop . read more

I really appreciated the quick and courteous serive at Goodyear Auto Service Center on Orchard Park Road. I needed my inspection for my car done. I called, made an appointment for that day and was given an unbeatable price , 10$. Though they were busy, they were even able to get my companion in and switch on snow tires by the end of the day. read more

Went for a oil change , suppose to be 44.95 dollars. Well , they charged 59.50 , then added 10.45 labor on top of that. So 69.95 so far , then 2 quarts of oil more , for 14.50. So now my 45 dollar oil change is around 84 dollars? Talk about rip offs read more

Sign says oil change 19.99 but told they would need to put synthetic oil at 49.99 or 69.99 in this car * this is a lie and then free flat fix sign - told no it was the rim and that would be 39.99 * another tactic to rip this customer off . Bought 4 new tires from them. Next day, 1 tire was losing excessive air, I put air in it and it happened again. 2 days after they put on the tires, I went back to them to fix the leak. I was told I needed an appointment- which was unrealistic since the tire was less than 48 hours old and going flat. I declined to make an appointment and expected them to make an effort to fix the problem at that time. The employee was rude and very unprofessional. He said that I should just put more air in the tire and schedule an appointment He said I was making it 'hard for him to want to help me'; he said that it would take a long time since it was busy, On and on with his insulting demeanor. Not sure if he hates his job or is just an idiot in general. Won't be giving them any further business. Horrible customer service. A simple 'sorry, we will fix that for you' would have gone a long way but he was not capable of being a decent person. read more
