The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

A week and a half ago the break light came on. I called for an appointment but was told that I wouldn't need an appointment, to just come in after 4 pm. When I asked if it was possible that the break pads already needed to be replaced he said it dependended on how I drive. I asked what other reasons since I'm not someone who rides the breaks. He stated the obvious that he did not know that he couldn't see the car over the phone, that I'd have to bring it in person. I went in after 4 pm. Was told that I had to make an appointment. The first available was today at 9 am. I arrived on time. They are switching over to the new company that is taking the business over. There's some kinks in the operation, I completely understand this. The mechanics figured out that there was a wire that came loose therefore triggering the break light. They pointed out other work that should be done. I thanked them all and asked for an estimate, I by no means did a shooting of the messenger. I did not place any blame on them. Yet as the one mechanic was handing off the car back to me he snapped at me " It isn't anything we did!" I told him that I was not blaming him to not get so defensive. Did he apologize for making a huge assumption? Nope, he doubled down and starting ranting at me as he was walking away from me. I told him he needed to stop and he still kept going as he was walking. I was going to possible go back for an inspection and the other work that they recommended to be done. I had gotten a estimate right before the rude employee acted the way he did. After the key was giving back to me and after the rudeness had taken place I asked questions about the disconnected wire and was told that I should have came in sooner. UGH, I tried to. So if you want to be treated as if you're an idiot when you ask questions and want to deal with unwarranted defensive behavior then this is the place for it. The other employees watched and heard the rude employee and not one of them apoligize for his tantrum towards me. I dont think I will be going back for more insult.

Nas was super helpful and understanding and talked to us about our issue, and told us he didn't want to do the transmission flush we asked for because he didn't think it would solve our problem. I understand Valvoline is not a full service mechanic so I really appreciated the honesty instead of taking our money without question like many others would.

I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. I'm very happy to have found these honest, knowledgeable, kind folks. Ladies, if you're anything like me ... know how to drive a car (that's debatable per my brother!) but know little about maintenance and repairs...go here! I hate to admit, I fall into the category of these type of women when it comes to the auto thing! I know many women are very smart in this respect but I'm just not. I'm "auto naive". I believe my colleague (who's father who passed away even did business with them years ago) when she says they will honestly tell you what service you need. They will not lie and tell you something else needs repair to make more money off you. There is no such thing as a "30,000 mile maintenance with a 30 point check" or whatever said the son to me when we discussed what the dealer service told me. He cautioned me: that's a way for dealers to tell the auto naive of "problems" that do not exist. Then get you to pay for parts/service you don't truly need. "You fix things as needed at whatever mile" per the son. So I drove 7 miles clear opposite direction from my way home after work to give this place a try yesterday. It's totally worth the trip!! I will be taking my car there from now on hands down. It's a feeling of relief I've gained. Priceless. I got an oil change plus inspection done for around $52. Very fair in pricing. Give them a try.
