They generally get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. The work done is always top notch. They don't seem to cut corners here. He would find a way to word or express what was wrong with my vehicle, how much the parts would be, and what the estimated total would be with labor in an easy way for me to understand without making me feel like a moron (like some mechanics have done). He also helped me plan along like "well if you need to wait a week til next paycheck you could drive it but I wouldn't do more than that." Or when her frame gave out and he had to tell me that the cost to fix it would be more expensive than just getting another used car. Check struts/suspension and call me with opinion, 4. a wheel alignment if it needed it from #3 . 5 oil change , waited my week and half. Took it there early at 8am on Monday . Wrote on a piece of paper and placed it on my dashboard before I turned my keys over stating the above things as well with my phone number in #3 for calling me about struts/suspension. I get a automated text around 1pm saying my cars done. So no phone call the whole time!Go pick my car up they tell me $450 and they replaced the ball joints tire roto and balance(but they didn't put balance on the receipt because they don't charge?) wheel alignment and oil change. I paid cash just upset cause a silent anxiety attack. I drove home 15 mins away on the throughway doing 55-65 with flow of traffic and my car/steering wheel/tires are shaking and vibrating worse. Immediately slowed down to 50 got home and parked it . Couldn't sleep even sent a text back to the automated number at 6am upset that I paid $450 for work I never authorized. Also seen balancing wasn't on the receipt . I called at 8am when they opened and said what happened to me and if they forgot to balance the tires because it's not on paperwork. And idk who but told me they don't charge for it so they don't put it on the receipt ( yet they're doing work to my car, not documenting it) and to drop it off and will take 40 mins.. brang it back for them to fix and when I dropped it off , the older gentleman on the left lift he didn't seem in the best mood and sorta just hung my keys up and kept working I told him I parked it on side street and left. I had to call them 3.5 hours later saying what's the deal and . They told me ohh yeah it's been done you can get it whenever. (Again didn't call me) Picked my car up didn't even close the door from my mom dropping me off and Chris the owner I believe told me yeah check it out we looked at it is seems fine we drove it around . You might've threw a weight idk how fast you drive, Take it for a spin back on throughway and let me know what you think . I never did get an email verification. They took me right away though! Oil change and NYS inspection. I was out of there in less than an hour even though their lot was full with cars. I even expected to hear that I would need brakes, but I passed the inspection with no issues. Good to hear since I'm driving to Rochester tomorrow. I came to One stop today after having gone to another auto repair shop for a repair and had been…read moretreated very badly by the staff there. I had to leave that repair shop. I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. Good end to a bad situation that happened somewhere else

I knew this and was prepared to spend the day sitting in the waiting room. To my surprise, their team offered to bring me home and later came and picked me up. I was very satisfied with the work on the car and also had a great experience with their staff.
