Vic and Joey are amazing. The entire staff are honest and reliable. Unlike other places they don't make up stuff, and really do quality work. I have finally found a mechanic with integrity. They also allow you to bring your own parts if you know what you are doing (obviously no warranty in that case). Had them do a bunch of stuff on my 14 year old Lexus RX350, and usually going to a mechanic is like going to a dentist - but with these guys it's a pleasure. read more

When I got my first car it needed some repair, but I was a college student with a tight budget. Chris really listened to my concerns about my budget. He would find a way to word or express what was wrong with my vehicle, how much the parts would be, and what the estimated total would be with labor in an easy way for me to understand without making me feel like a moron (like some mechanics have done). He also helped me plan along like "well if you need to wait a week til next paycheck you could drive it but I wouldn't do more than that." Or when her frame gave out and he had to tell me that the cost to fix it would be more expensive than just getting another used car. Please read the pictures that are labeled 1-5... Scheduled an appointment for 1. tire rotation, 2.wheel balance, 3. Check struts/suspension and call me with opinion, 4. a wheel alignment if it needed it from #3 . 5 oil change , waited my week and half. Took it there early at 8am on Monday . Wrote on a piece of paper and placed it on my dashboard before I turned my keys over stating the above things as well with my phone number in #3 for calling me about struts/suspension. I get a automated text around 1pm saying my cars done. So no phone call the whole time!Go pick my car up they tell me $450 and they replaced the ball joints tire roto and balance(but they didn't put balance on the receipt because they don't charge?) wheel alignment and oil change. I paid cash just upset cause a silent anxiety attack. I drove home 15 mins away on the throughway doing 55-65 with flow of traffic and my car/steering wheel/tires are shaking and vibrating worse. Immediately slowed down to 50 got home and parked it . Couldn't sleep even sent a text back to the automated number at 6am upset that I paid $450 for work I never authorized. Also seen balancing wasn't on the receipt . I called at 8am when they opened and said what happened to me and if they forgot to balance the tires because it's not on paperwork. And idk who but told me they don't charge for it so they don't put it on the receipt ( yet they're doing work to my car, not documenting it) and to drop it off and will take 40 mins.. brang it back for them to fix and when I dropped it off , the older gentleman on the left lift he didn't seem in the best mood and sorta just hung my keys up and kept working I told him I parked it on side street and left. I had to call them 3.5 hours later saying what's the deal and . They told me ohh yeah it's been done you can get it whenever. (Again didn't call me) Picked my car up didn't even close the door from my mom dropping me off and Chris the owner I believe told me yeah check it out we looked at it is seems fine we drove it around . You might've threw a weight idk how fast you drive, Take it for a spin back on throughway and let me know what you think . If there were most stars that I could give to this fine establishment, I would. So in a matter of 3 weeks, I took my car to another shop 3 times regarding a power steering issue. They charged me over 900 dollars to fix my car and after the 3rd time of them not fixing it, I decided to take my car to Vics. Chris immediately addressed all of my concerns and was very sympathetic to my plight. He corrected everything that was wrong in such a fast, professional, and accomodating matter. I was so taken aback at how wonderful the service was that I couldn't possibly thank them more. I will be taking my vrichle to this shop from now on. I came from Rochester NY to look at a used truck and took the truck to vics for a evaluation as to see if there were any problems before purchase. Chris the owner looked the truck over and put it on the lift and took it for test drive and then told us what was wrong with the truck which would have of cost us thousands to fix. What a great garage to have check out your vehicle. Here comes the best part after all the time chris put in I asked what was the amount we owe for his time and expertise and he said we owe him nothing and was just glad to help. I was shocked and and offered him cash but he wouldn't take anything. I finally convinced him to take a 20 for coffee for the guys and he just laughed and said ok.
