I walked out to look at my worn equipment and without any hassle the mechanic showed me what I had, or in this case, what I didn't have. I went back to the waiting room, full of all different types of mags, a full coffee pot and a clean rest room, yea, those two kinda go together. My car was down off the lift and out for a test drive within an hour and the price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. (cheapest of 6 places that I called) No one tried to sell me anything else or find other stuff wrong with the car, in fact the one mechanic actually gave some great advise on how to solve another issue I'm having with out spending another chunk of change. He is from this area and is a trusted neighborhood businessman. I was in a horrible accident in Warsaw and crushed between 2 trucks. I was on my way to a festival as a vendor and had thousands of dollars of merchandise in my car. My partner called Terry when I was in the hospital and Terry made arrangements with the local towing company to store my vehicle inside a locked facility until it he could have it towed back to his garage so I could try to salvage as much of my merchandise as possible. I went to so many places who did a quick look, gave me an estimate with the caveat that it could be more. One place said they would order me a new bumper (not needed, my bumper was 100% not in need of replacement, no dents, no scratches, nothing.) I went ALL over WNY. I then stopped at this place, they said, we can fix it in an hour, charged me the most reasonable price (Much less than the $900 one place was going to charge me to replace the bumper!!) and the people there are funny (a great skill and characteristic in my book) and were no nonsense.
