He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future. I appreciated the kindness and I will be back to purchase tires in the near future. As I said, wonderful initiative to build customer relationships without depending on manufacturer discounts. After verifying our warranty, the vehicle was taken in immediately and the tire removed. It took only a few minutes for them to remove the tire, remove the offending screw and remount the tire. Overall it took only 45 minutes for us to be back on the road. The waiting room was clean, especially for an automotive establishment. Staff was friendly and efficient. This is a great place to go.

He is from this area and is a trusted neighborhood businessman. I was in a horrible accident in Warsaw and crushed between 2 trucks. I was on my way to a festival as a vendor and had thousands of dollars of merchandise in my car. My partner called Terry when I was in the hospital and Terry made arrangements with the local towing company to store my vehicle inside a locked facility until it he could have it towed back to his garage so I could try to salvage as much of my merchandise as possible. The car was a complete loss, he was not going to make any money out of this. He did it all because that is just who he is, a decent man and friend to all of his customers.
