Great work from an honest shop…read more Dave's is a wonderful, friendly place where you know you won't get ripped off. The work I have done has always been excellent and if there is a cheaper way to do something, they will suggest it. When I was in there today, they were even working on some really fancy classic cars...you have to know they do great work for someone to trust those babies to them. I don't know what I'd do without Dave's. I'd go here before I'd go to a dealer for sure.

After my wife had a mishap with a rock using our truck, I gave these guys a chance at that business too for one tire. They couldn't match the price but I chose to stay loyal as I wasn't going to complain about 35 bucks. They've kept their end of the bargain so far. Not only did I make the right choice, Joe, who I've dealt with every time, saved me over 150 bucks by making some suggestions that were a no-brainer. Did he earn my business for the next time? Um...yea. It takes a lot for me to write a review. I'm in sales. When a company goes out of their way and creates an even better win/win situation, I'm willing to tell people about it. He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future. I appreciated the kindness and I will be back to purchase tires in the near future. As I said, wonderful initiative to build customer relationships without depending on manufacturer discounts. He is from this area and is a trusted neighborhood businessman. I was in a horrible accident in Warsaw and crushed between 2 trucks. I was on my way to a festival as a vendor and had thousands of dollars of merchandise in my car. My partner called Terry when I was in the hospital and Terry made arrangements with the local towing company to store my vehicle inside a locked facility until it he could have it towed back to his garage so I could try to salvage as much of my merchandise as possible. The car was a complete loss, he was not going to make any money out of this. He did it all because that is just who he is, a decent man and friend to all of his customers.

Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

Pulled right into their garage. I told them I needed a tire rotation and a conventional oil change. The rep said I shouldn't get my tires rotated with such low miles and the car requires synthetic oil not conventional (I didn't believe that at first but I checked the manual and synthetic is required). The guy easily could've given me an unnecessary tire rotation but saved me $ instead. He also probably saved me from an expensive engine repair... I then told him I wish I knew how to adjust the alerts so the tire rotation doesn't pop up every 5,000 miles. He stuck his head in the car and made the adjustment on the car's computer in seconds. I couldn't pull up a coupon for the oil change. The rep applied $11 off for mentioning this to him. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
