As the garage closed for the day and we were still sitting in the parking lot, every single worker walked out and drove away. So much for "exceptional customer service", treating people "like family", friendly down to earth. I can only hope someday they need a little help to get through and are turned away. Real Ones in the Auto Game - Miracle Moe's Lives Up to the Name…read more After being sold a lemon and left stranded by a dealership whose mechanic bailed on them, I got sent to Miracle Moe's--and I thank my lucky stars I did. That's where I met Tony and Moe, two legends who turned my auto nightmare into something manageable. They didn't sell me the car, but you'd never know it. They jumped in, took on the mess, and handled it with care like it was their responsibility all along. I'm talking catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, a busted turbo, purge valve, flex pipe--you name it, they tackled it. And when new problems came up? They never turned me away, sometimes even helping out at no charge just to keep me safe and on the road. No games. No scams. No pressure. Just real, honest, family-style service from two guys who genuinely give a damn. The kind of place that still believes in doing right by people. Fair prices, quality work, and a whole lot of heart. If you want mechanics who will go the extra mile (literally and figuratively), Miracle Moe's is that place. Tony and Moe--you're not just mechanics, you're miracle workers. Appreciate you both more than words can say.

He would find a way to word or express what was wrong with my vehicle, how much the parts would be, and what the estimated total would be with labor in an easy way for me to understand without making me feel like a moron (like some mechanics have done). He also helped me plan along like "well if you need to wait a week til next paycheck you could drive it but I wouldn't do more than that." Or when her frame gave out and he had to tell me that the cost to fix it would be more expensive than just getting another used car. At Vics you can really tell that Chris and his team put their customer's first and I'll keep going back to them for services. Affordable, respectful, and communicative, Vics is the place to go and has my HIGHEST recommendation!!

Check struts/suspension and call me with opinion, 4. a wheel alignment if it needed it from #3 . 5 oil change , waited my week and half. Took it there early at 8am on Monday . Wrote on a piece of paper and placed it on my dashboard before I turned my keys over stating the above things as well with my phone number in #3 for calling me about struts/suspension. I get a automated text around 1pm saying my cars done. So no phone call the whole time!Go pick my car up they tell me $450 and they replaced the ball joints tire roto and balance(but they didn't put balance on the receipt because they don't charge?) wheel alignment and oil change. I paid cash just upset cause a silent anxiety attack. I drove home 15 mins away on the throughway doing 55-65 with flow of traffic and my car/steering wheel/tires are shaking and vibrating worse. Immediately slowed down to 50 got home and parked it . Couldn't sleep even sent a text back to the automated number at 6am upset that I paid $450 for work I never authorized. Also seen balancing wasn't on the receipt . I called at 8am when they opened and said what happened to me and if they forgot to balance the tires because it's not on paperwork. And idk who but told me they don't charge for it so they don't put it on the receipt ( yet they're doing work to my car, not documenting it) and to drop it off and will take 40 mins.. brang it back for them to fix and when I dropped it off , the older gentleman on the left lift he didn't seem in the best mood and sorta just hung my keys up and kept working I told him I parked it on side street and left. I had to call them 3.5 hours later saying what's the deal and . They told me ohh yeah it's been done you can get it whenever. (Again didn't call me) Picked my car up didn't even close the door from my mom dropping me off and Chris the owner I believe told me yeah check it out we looked at it is seems fine we drove it around . You might've threw a weight idk how fast you drive, Take it for a spin back on throughway and let me know what you think . I said ok cool cool thanks I'll bring you guys a pizza for looking out for me. The rest of review is in the pictures labeled 1-5
