I ordered a non-alcoholic drink that was good but became warm almost instantly and was nearly $17. The hotel was hosting a dog adoption event that Tito's Vodka was also partnering with in 54thirty. It was nice to be able to duck into the corridor to see what the adoption event was all about and also get some cooler air. This visit was all about the cocktails, and Seven Grand absolutely delivered. Josh, our bartender, was running the room like a conductor leading an orchestra of happy whiskey drinkers. The guy knows his whiskey, knows his cocktails, and somehow still manages to make everyone at the bar feel like they're his only customer.
