We were advised by a representative on the T Mobile call service to visit the actual store. Fast forward, we met the manager Jennifer C who was not only very pleasant and welcoming, but extremely professional, courtesy, understanding, attentive, and friendly. She handled our issue with ease, while explaining all of the details concerning the transactions taking place. She even explain in detail the breakdown of our account and call the call service in order to rectify the issues. While she was on hold, she conversed with us, which made us feel as though our time at the office was worth while and without stress. Jennifer C is an awesome example of a manager and leads by example. Thank you Jennifer. The other employees on duty, that day... were also extremely professional, polite and friendly. Although the air conditioner wasn't working for them, that day... which made it humid inside of the store, they all seemed to be smiling.
