Each time I go to the Landmark Diner I am happy with my meal! It is a very large diner with two floors but usually seating is only on the first floor. Parking used to be difficult but the building next door is now vacant so parking is plentiful. Service was good - not necessarily friendly but he was attentive. Went simple this time and got the cole slaw with pickles and a French onion soup. The cole slaw was solid and the pickles were pretty generic. The French onion soup left something to be desired. It was jammed pack with cheese, onion straws and bread, but it just lacked flavor. The French onion grilled cheese I had on an earlier visit was a lot better and I think that's what I was hoping for. This place has gone so far down hill I will never return. I have eaten here on and off for years and have had a few mediocre meals but yesterday was the final straw... I ordered a hamburger with fresh sliced onion..It looked like they scraped onion scraps off the floor and threw them on the burger. And the meat of the burger was almost inedible. Been to the Landmark diner many times. Last time I went for lunch with my coworkers, it's a big menu and good for a large group. After this last time, I won't be joining them again. I got the zucchini panini, the menu made it sound great, it was terrible. The flatbread it was on was not good and it fell apart. The time before that I got chicken fingers because you can really mess those up and they weren't not tasty at all. Stick with a BLT and mozz sticks. In the last several years, Landmark moved 1 space over on Northern Blvd and upgraded to a 2 level massive space. While the food is great, prices not so much but that seems to be everywhere in these times, the staff really needs a whole makeover. The last several times I've come here with different people and every waiter or waitress I get is a sad, miserable and not very friendly person. It's like they woke up in the morning and literally said to themselves, "I hate life, but I'll make some money and not care how I act towards the people I'm actually making money from." While I truly enjoy the food, it's not worth to come here to be waited on by people who don't give a crap how they treat people. Last time I was here, our waiter was not nice, didn't even introduce himself, just said what can I get for you, wouldn't let me finish a sentence or ask questions. It seems they took away the credit card charge which is very interesting considering how much they've already accrued from charging over the last 5 years. The food they serve has always been up to par. I often come with my wife, family and friends. Everyone that has come have always had good things to say. I've been coming to this diner on and off for years. But this was my last time. I agree with the other posts. It's gotten way overpriced. You might as well go to a restaurant. We ordered the mousaka, turkey club w/ sweet potato fries, a cup of soup (but a mid-size bowl came), and coffee. Total bill was $57, $67 with tip. Almost $70. We might as well have gone to a restaurant for that price for two people. The mousaka special was $18.95. It was good, but that's all that came was the mousaka. No salad, not even a vegetable. I've been going to diners for 40 years and I've never seen a dinner not come with salad or a vegetable. Everything is ala cart now. The tukery club was $16.95 for just the sandwich. It doesn't come with fries. Sweet potato fries were an extra $3.95 and they were so soggy, they were inedible. I should have asked for them to take the price off for them because I didn't eat them. Drive a little further down the road and go to the Greenvale Townhouse. That's where we usually go. The food is much better, and you will get soup or salad and vegetable with your dinner. And fries will come with your turkey club. No extra charges. You will probably go home with a doggy bag. And your bill will probably be about $20 less. read more

Visit Date: March 3, 2022 I came here to visit my girlfriend who works here before heading out to karaoke. I wanted to visit her diner at least one time although I'll be back again. They have a small option on the menu called the vegan box which I was interested in. I want to try mostly everything but for the night I went I tried the vegan scramble. It came with home fries. I thought it came with toast but I didn't get any toast and tofu scrambled with veggies. I threw some ketchup on that plate, a lot of ketchup because that's how I roll and ate that shit like I was shoveling down an omelet and home fries.
