When I contacted the store to have it corrected, both the manager and assistant manager were dismissive, rude, and hung up on me multiple times. They insisted their system was correct and refused to take responsibility. I also went to the location with a flat tire and was told there would be at least an hour wait despite there being minimal customers, and no assistance was offered while my tire was actively losing air. I ended up having to leave and attempt the repair myself. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration due to the safety concern and lack of accountability. I strongly recommend double checking any work done here, as this experience raised serious concerns about both service quality and professionalism.
