What really was the last straw for me today was I got in my car to go to the doctor and there was a lot of mist on my windshield and dirt so I hit the stalk to spray the windshield fluid and the wipers went on but guess what there was still fluid so I went to manually turn the wipers on to clear the windshield again and guess what it didn't work so now I had to order a whole new windshield stalk assembly with the relay and sensor which alone is $165 not to mention that I have to pay someone to install it. And remember, he is the one that did the pre-inspection before I bought the car and what mechanic doesn't check the windshield wiper function to see that it works as part of this inspection? So, I also have found a handful of other things that need to be done on the car that he didn't bring to my attention. I absolutely cannot afford to go to a shop now with all of these issues, let alone to a crook like this. I found someone that is going to do it on site where I live and for $75 an hour but quite frankly I can barely afford that on my income with all of the parts that I had to buy. Also, he has to get someone else to calibrate the replacement transmission. After getting the vehicle back a month later, it starts making a whining noise. I read up and it says it possibly low transmission fluid. I check the dip stick and it doesn't even show up on the dip stick. I have to add 3 quarts of transmission fluid. A few days later, my AC does not work. I take it to another shop and they tell me carrier bearing housing is missing. Likely from when they replaced the transmission, they didn't put this back on. I would highly suggest not using this place.
